“Visited this evening for the first time with my husband and was pleased with the first impressions and ambience of the restaurant. We were seated and given clean, quality menus. We ordered a pina colada, ginger ale and 2 diet cokes. Regular cokes were brought out in error and were quickly substituted. The seating was comfortable and we were brought out a small table lamp which was a novel touch. We ordered aloo tikki for starters, which took a tad on the longer side to come out, but no big deal. Well presented and tasty. Mains we ordered, chicken tikka, handi murgh, butter naan, plain and saffron rice. The bread was soft and rice fluffy. Chicken tikka was cooked just right, nicely flavoured. Handi murgh was also good, particularly because I prefer thigh meat. The pina colada was really tasty, I would have preferred a piece of fresh pineapple as the garnish rather than the dried one personally. For dessert we wanted the almond kheer, but it was sadly finished, so we had the pistachio creme brulee and the date sponge with chai ice cream. The brulee was really good and I'd recommend it. The sponge was a bit dense for me, but the ice cream was great. We had this with karak chai, which was lovely. I felt all portion sizes were spot on. If you fancy a nice sit down meal where the service is excellent, I recommend trying The Cardamom Room. The service was top throughout our sitting. Regularly clearing dishes, wiping the table and checking we were happy without being intrusive.”

“A stunning venue with superb food, expertly paired with wine, exceptional customer service. We had a taster menu, and each course was just incredible! If we were to choose one course that stood out - it would be an impossible task.. but...cured scallops with foie gras, truffle and sourdough croutons were our favourite! If you would like a special night out, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!”

“The cafe and staff are lovely and they serve yummy juices, coffees and hot chocolates. They have great sandwiches and pastries too, most of which are vegan and absolutely delicious! And the cherry on the top: they are dog friendly. I love this place and always try to go when I find myself in the area.”

“Visited for the first time on a Wednesday evening as a group of 4 friends, with the purpose of seeing Rob Lamberti (who is the best George Michael/Wham tribute act out there-that’s a whole other review!) This venue is like a tardis, with a long/ split ground floor level, large function room and a contemporary outside seated area too, with and 3 bars in total. Spotlessly clean, with an very aesthetically pleasing decor. The whole venue must be newly refurbished as nothing looks tired or worn and there are very stylish black and white pictures of famous faces covering all of the walls. The bar staff are super friendly and very welcoming and the owner Christine is just a delight! We left after a very pleasant 4 hours feeling like we had made a new friend. The house Prosecco was delicious and the pizza’s served in the function room were perfectly cooked, reasonable in price and arrived promptly. Wholeheartedly recommend this venue, if we lived more locally I know we would be regulars. Parking was easy for us as we found a space in the station a 30 second walk away, but otherwise it is street parking. There are large TV’s there showing all of the must see sporting action too. The venue was absolutely buzzing and a very good evening was had by all! Wednesday is definitely our new Friday after a visit to the Seasons bar this week!”

“The afternoon tea here was absolutely phenomenal. My two children (8 and 5) were so thrilled with the cute and delicious food, and the wonderful atmosphere. The best highlight was our server, Hafize. She was so thoughtful and kind, but also took her time to develop a personal connection with us. My girls adored her too, she was so sweet with them. We left with our bellies and hearts full!”

“Always comfortable rooms and great service at this very centrally located Premier Inn hub. Is located right next to West Brompton Station and only a short walk from Earl's Court so perfect for getting into the centre of London and anywhere across the city. Some lovely pubs opposite and close by and lots of places to eat in the area. We arrived early to ask to leave our bags and were told our room was ready, which was fantastic. We also needed some tickets printing and Aliah on the front desk could not have been more helpful. Excellent service and a good comfortable hotel for a short stay, if booked early then excellent value too, highly recommended.”

“Really nice hotel. Rooms aren't massive but big enough, they are well appointed. Good coffee machine (Nespresso), and bathroom with rainfall shower. Rooms service is really good and the staff are all very nice. This hotel is in sight of houses of parliament. If you fancy getting out pop down to Vauxhall Arches to the food hall, a really great place to find lots of different cuisine. It's not the cheapest but it's a great location. Breakfast looked decent, I didn't eat the hot but it looked nice. Lots of choice.”

“The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive. We stayed the night for an anniversary weekend in London. Upon arrival they upgraded our room which was a lovely surprise. The room was amazing, the spa was a hidden gem and breakfast was very good too. All for a reasonable price. I would recommend.”

“Excellent stay. Super efficient location and I loved the touch screen buttons on the bed that controlled the lights and room temperature. Breakfast was great and lots of options to choose from. Very nice bar staff and one of the guys at breakfast was so noticeably kind, caring and welcoming to everyone who walked in the lobby. Not sure if he was the manager but it didn’t go unnoticed. “Beautifully appointed and conveniently located boutique-feel hotel. Staff was kind and helpful. Our stay was made super comfortable by our room's spacious layout, a fabulously plush bed and amenities like a Marshall speaker and the possibility to cast our own content on the television. The location can't be beat in hip Shoreditch where you'll find lots of good places to eat and drink and plenty of things to do. As i write this review I'm currently staying at another Hilton operated hotel in a different area of London for work and I wish I was back at the Hart... Highly recommend.”

This resort is one of the best in the area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't be let down. Great location and nice hotel right next door to the O2. The rooms are well proportioned with a comfy bed. The reception and bar staff are very attentive and always happy to help. I had an amazing view out over the O2 arena, but all directions have something to see. More expensive than most hotels I stay in, but worth it!”

“Incredible place to stay for the night, highly recommend a room that's 30 floors up, Fantastic views of London! Breakfast was superb , your paying for high quality food and the amazing views as far as the London Eye, The Shard and many otherlandmarks.. all this served on floor 37. Had a slight issue with noisy guest but resolved very efficiently. Top marks highly recommend”

All staff offer a five star service. Has an excellent St Pancras Spa in the basement where you can quite happily spend the whole day and have a really enjoyable relaxation break. If you pay for a treatment from the treatment menu then you can get free use of the spa facilities. I always leave feeling relaxed and happy that I had spent time at St Pancras Renaissance Hotel and St Pancras Spa. Everything you need is here from the restaurant, bar and rooms for overnight stays.”

“Excellent hotel!really friendly staff and great breakfasts! We managed to snag 2 rooms VERY last minute and we were very pleased with the hotel! Clean, new, and friendly staff! DLR line stops right outside of the hotel so it is easy to get to. Only negative is that there isn't much to do in the area, tourist wise, so you are always traveling at least 20 minutes to get to where you want to be. Not such a big problem but something for tourists to be aware of!”

“Stayed here on my travels for work. The check in/out process was convenient and staff were helpful and efficient. Brick Lane is a very lively street (perfect if you love Indian cuisine!) and our room was right at the front - we didn't notice any noise at all. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard and I got a good night's sleep on a mattress far nicer than mine at home. Small note that the bed was very high off the ground because of storage built into the bed frame. Not an issue for me but worth mentioning for anyone with restricted mobility.”

“Every part of our stay was exceptional from start to end! We were warmly greeted at the front door where our luggage was taken and our car swiftly valet parked. Staff at reception were all friendly, warm and welcoming and we were offered a larger room or one with a view. (We chose the view!). Our room, on the 12th floor, had a gorgeous view of the Elizabeth Tower, London Eye etc. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection. (Items like Eggs Benedict do attract a surcharge, but fair enough.) When we checked out we decided to leave the car parked for a bit longer while we went shopping. As with everything else, that request was met with a smile and a friendly, positive reply. We were truly sad to leave and will definitely be back as soon as we can. Why this isn't a 5 star makes no sense as the ones we've stayed at, Intercontinental included, can't hold a candle to this gem!”

“The NED is unquestionably the best location for having your business meets for membership holders. The service there is alright but definitely could be better. The location is the most ideal as it is in the bank area right in the heart of financial district. Just tried beverages and drinks and was alright. The rooms are very contemporary and cozy.”
