“27 August- 2 September 2022 The front desk service was very attentive and professional. We were greeted by Xinchen Li Guest Relations Manager whom was so so helpful. Her PR is excellent and took us in with open arms. The hotel ambience was warm and welcoming with the right mix of traditional, classic charm with a contemporary feel. We are enjoying every minute in your esteem hotel. The doorman remembers our name and welcoming us every time when we returned. Our room was deluxe, clean and fresh, lovely bed and amenities. The bathroom is very clean and fresh and all we need is there. Everybody from staff is friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay, location is great too, a short stroll to the tube station. We will definitely come back!”

“Exceptional service at the highest levels befitting of London and the Four Seasons brand. The resort took the time to know our family. Thus upon arrival we were greeted in our room with locally sourced chocolates, treats, and a British teddy bear for our child. This was wonderful after a long flight from the US. The suite was grandiose and spacious from top to bottom, this is impressive considering it's a modernized classic building in the middle of one of the most congested global cities. The same can be said about the spa and pool, truly a gem within the city. What they have done with the building is an architectural marvel, check out the mini replica in the foyer. The concierge desk was amazing, obtaining a table for us with no notice at their 2 star Michelin restaurant and retrieving a lost item after departure. The service put the experience over the edge. Only the best and brightest work here, and it's easy to tell, from the doorman to the dining room. Finally, the special attention to our child from all the staff was remarkable and thoughtful. This is how a luxury resort should operate, bravo!”

“Held my daughter's naming ceremony here and the service we received right from the first contact was brilliant. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient and always on hand when needed whilst giving us the space we needed to make the room our own . The food was really tasty with a great selection of sandwiches and savoury items. The cake was really yummy and there was plenty of it. There was plenty of tea and coffee too for all of our guests The room was clean bright and spacious and decorated beautifully with access to the outside patio and play area and we were able to bring our dog who enjoyed it as much as we did. I would really recommend hiring the room for your function as the staff made the whole process as pleasurable and stress free as possible leaving us time to enjoy our daughters special day. “My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting London. Small hotel which is amazing. The staff are all lovely. The rooms are small but had what we needed. The bathroom and shower was so nice. We had breakfast on our last morning and it was amazing. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in London.”

“We stayed here as our mini-moon for a weekend. The staff were very attentive, Kamel in particular was very kind and welcoming. The food were delicious and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Breakfast had a lot to offer and choices and again, very quick and lovely service and food. Our room was beautiful and spacious. The extra attention to detail and dedicated card did not go unnoticed. Everything was perfect, we loved the quirky design of the property and the funny corridors up to the floors Cheers to Carlo for making our room absolutely stunning with some romantic decoration, it was a great surprise for my partner Breakfast was tasty and staff very welcoming Location is a bit of a walk for the closest station but not so difficult to get to the city center We will be back in this hotel for sure”

“While the price up front may seem quite daunting, it is certainly worth every penny. The staff were exceptional, catering to our every need, especially Sonya, who was able to secure us bookings in the restaurants of our choice every evening with no problems at all. The room was unbelievable. The views out the window were worth the price alone. The restaurant in the hotel was exceptional as well, with the Mongolian Beef being my recommendation. In summary, the Shangri-La is a once in a lifetime experience that should not be missed.”

“We had the roast pork belly and it was perfect. The aperitief (sidecar) was also very good, one of the best I've ever had. And a great wine selection too. The vibe is efficient but relaxed.”

“Where do I begin? This hotel exceeded my and my husbands expectations. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and I would even go as far to say opulent. When we arrived we were put in and ADA queen room. I didn’t think much of it, but my husband checked our original reservation and we had booked a superior king room with a park view. He went down to let them know about the mix up. Doreen helped to sort everything out and to make up for the error, comped us a suite. We have never felt so cared for in the hospitality realm as we did from Doreen and the rest of the staff at Kimpton Fitzroy. We will always always stay here when we visit London going forward as a result of her and her teams exceptional service. As far as we are concerned, this is the best hotel in London. I would also like to say that every staff member at this hotel was exceptional from the door man to concierge to management. They know what they’re doing here.”

“I stayed here for a week with my family while traveling for work. Our room was very clean and cleaning/refreshing was offered daily. I was gone most of each day, but thought everyone was very nice and accommodating. Staff were happy to help with taxis, umbrellas, and gave me converters for electronics after I realized I left mine at home. My family was at the hotel much more than I was, and they had great things to say about the staff, food, etc.”

“Amazed by this find in the centre of Bromley. I always feel like it’s quite difficult to find a good fresh fish restaurant in London and surroundings: they all tend to deep fry everything and that’s annoying. The Blue Harbour offers a good selection of sea delicacy, big enough portions and a lovely service from the staff. We had a warm welcome as soon as we crossed the door and it didn’t stop until we left. The menu offers a good selection of fish as well as shellfish and seafood with an add on of steak for those who also can’t give up meat! Admirable selection of wines too. Overall it’s a bit pricy, however considering the quality of the food and it’s freshness I do think it’s fair. I will definitely recommend this restaurant and come back for the halibut!!”
