I turned up unannounced and Michelle was an absolute treasure making time to see me to discuss my needs and then managed to find time on another day for my daughter and I to visit her shop to look at her dresses. Having met my daughter Michelle completely got what she wanted and why, which was great. We now have a very happy young lady , a beautiful dress and shop we will definitely visit again. Thankfully he made a full recovery within a few days and didn't have any complications. The aftercare was also really helpful. We called for some advice few days after and was impressed at the speed of response. I would definitely recommend Dr Khan's practice to others.”

I had to work overseas for my first few weeks but everything was set up to make the transition as smooth as possible, feeling motioned at every step with any questions or problems I have answered in an online chat despite time difference! My initial consultation was thorough and all treatment options given to me as well as a change to chat through them and ask my many questions! Staff are lovely and the scan updates feel like you are having the extra level of bespoke treatment which other friends I know that have Invisalign haven’t had. Would definitely recommend.”

“Jane was able to book me in the same or next day for an eye problem that was making my life miserable. Just 1 day after a short treatment, my eye healed and hasn't caused me any issues since using some light eye drop treatments to keep the eye protected. She was very reassuring and explained the whole problem and why my eye was causing me so much pain. Can't recommend enough :)”

“My daughter & I spent 9 nights here before the beginning of her study-abroad program. We'd selected a hotel in eastern London to be closer to the Goldsmith's campus; this was lucky for us as we happened to be there during the funeral for Queen Elizabeth II (thus we were well out of the way of the crowds and closed-off streets). The room was comfortable and had a great shower. Loved the comfort of the beds and pillows. Room service was fast and great. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The hotel is 2 or 3 minutes from a Tube station which was very convenient. The Tower of London/Tower Bridge was about 8 minutes walking time away. Felt perfectly safe in the neighborhood and many pubs & restaurants were within 20 minutes walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.”

Her PR is excellent and took us in with open arms. The hotel ambience was warm and welcoming with the right mix of traditional, classic charm with a contemporary feel. We are enjoying every minute in your esteem hotel. The doorman remembers our name and welcoming us every time when we returned. Our room was deluxe, clean and fresh, lovely bed and amenities. The bathroom is very clean and fresh and all we need is there. Everybody from staff is friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay, location is great too, a short stroll to the tube station. We will definitely come back!”

“Exceptional service at the highest levels befitting of London and the Four Seasons brand. The resort took the time to know our family. Thus upon arrival we were greeted in our room with locally sourced chocolates, treats, and a British teddy bear for our child. This was wonderful after a long flight from the US. The suite was grandiose and spacious from top to bottom, this is impressive considering it's a modernized classic building in the middle of one of the most congested global cities. The same can be said about the spa and pool, truly a gem within the city. What they have done with the building is an architectural marvel, check out the mini replica in the foyer. The concierge desk was amazing, obtaining a table for us with no notice at their 2 star Michelin restaurant and retrieving a lost item after departure. The service put the experience over the edge. Only the best and brightest work here, and it's easy to tell, from the doorman to the dining room. Finally, the special attention to our child from all the staff was remarkable and thoughtful. This is how a luxury resort should operate, bravo!”

“Booked all of the Heathrow living apartments for the night before our wedding for my family coming in from abroad. The service from start to finish was absolutely excellent! Martin went out of his way to help me organise splitting people over the various apartments and was very helpful dealing with such a large booking. The flats themselves were immaculate and ready for us with towels, and lonely little details like boxes of cereal, tea and coffee. Really close to the airport and easy to get to work parking and the large Tesco only a few minutes away and plenty of eating out options and just eat delivery options. Can't recommend enough!!”
