"It's not luxury but for the price and location and for a one night business stay this was perfect. A few minutes walk from Victoria. Compact but great for solo travellers. Have stayed at citizen m with my partner a few times and is a bit too compact for two people when getting ready etc. Front desk staff were wonderful, really go out of their way to help you and are so welcoming. Would definitely stay again for work and with my partner for one night only. Overall a big fan of citizen m - the tech in the room is great."

"An amazing hotel, very conveniently located near Victoria station. Rooms are not big, but cleverly designed and very well equipped and maintained. The beds are large and very comfortable. What also makes this hotel special is the friendly and attentive staff, that goes above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as can be, by attending to any need and helping out when needed. The price is very reasonable, and the value for money is very high. One of those few times when reality exceeds expectations. Highly recommended!"

"(+) Everything was perfect. Rooms had enough space they were clean, you can get extra cleaning if you want from the app. It is a perfect comfortable and clean space to stay. Location is wonderful. It’s a different hotel experience and style then you used to but this doesn’t mean bad. The rooms are compact, but have fun stuff like colourful lights, tablet control and new furniture. I also feel very safe as a woman travelling alone. (-) They could put kettles in rooms. The corridors smelled bad. Not suitable for two colleagues or friends to stay in the same room as there is only thin curtain and glass between the toilet/bathroom and bed. But lovely to stay alone, mother-daughter, couple or sisters type of pairs that you won’t mind the lack of privacy"

"A new cool hotel in London. Near the Victoria station (Five minutes walk with luggage) and close to many tourist sites.  Very nicely decorated rooms with  Amazing colors . At the entrance to the hotel there is an amazing lobby with a spectacularly decorated bar. A small room but it has everything you need.  Computer stand and armchair.  A bed with storage drawers , Safe box , hair dryer and small refrigerator . Everything worked spot on in the room. staff made us feel totally welcome."
