"Lovely people, lovely vibe. Got shampood before and after and had a head massage too which was all really great. But given I paid £80 for a haircut which wasn't even as good as a haircut from a local £15 barber, can't give this any more than 2 stars. If you have short hair I'd recommend you just go to a barbers. Don't think they should be charging nearly as much for short (mens) haircuts when the expertise just aren't there."
"My girlfriend and I both visited recently for the first time, me with Lizzie and her with Tasha, and we are converted! The haircuts were incredible which is expected but what really made us fans was the atmosphere and care they provide. I’ve never had such genuine interest shown in what I was looking for with my style and both stylists were so attentive and friendly too! We won’t be going anywhere else in future so thanks to all at Paul Edmonds ⭐️"
"I’ve been going to Paul Edmonds for about 5 years now and would never go anywhere else. Having tried the majority of top salons in London I was struggling to find somewhere which understood my hair type (very thick and curly and kicks out a lot of red!) Julie is absolutely fantastic, particularly at balayage. Always achieves a lovely natural look that lasts for months. And she’s also the loveliest person so the whole experience is great. 10/10."
"Had my hair cut by Matilda, who was absolutely fantastic! Super friendly and professional, understood exactly what I wanted. She used great products which complemented my hair texture too, and did an amazing blow dry. Will definitely be coming back!"
"Sadly the company forgot to process my order and I had to send them a reminder a week later. This would of been completely fine had they had apologies and we could of moved on. Instead the team at Paul Edmonds placed the order again (I got an auto email saying they did this 1 hr after I sent the email) with no communication. I responded to the email to ask what the new order was for with no response. The next day there was a postal strike which is totally out of their hands but because they forgot the order it the week before it then was going to have further delays. Again, these things happen but when I asked where my order was for the 3rd time I was told it was stuck because of Royal Mail taking no accountability that they sent it a week late. In fact arguing with me that it was simply a Royal Mail issue with no apology. Once the package arrived 2 weeks after I ordered it the shampoo bottle had exploded, again these things happen but when I approached them about it, it took them a further 6 days to respond to me (not so much as an acknowledgement) explaining that 'it could not have exploded because there was no gas in the bottle' but they will given me a refund just for the shampoo as it looks to have 'just poured out'. A very weird and frustrating experience and incredibly poor customer service. I would not recommend ordering from this company."
