“Rooms were adaquate for what we needed. Its not a high end hotel but a large bed maybe a super king, so plemty of room We were in loft room had a quirky ensuite door but worked very well. There is a mini fridge in room nothing in but to use for any items you need to keep cool and fresh Also a mini safe, we didnt use this Was warm and clean and great located my sheppards bush station literally next door”

Violeta was very friendly and served a very delicious breakfast buffet, cannot fault it in any way. I would definitely recommend and will be revisiting again in the future when in the area .”

“Great location and not too far to drive to Heathrow airport. Busy roads around the hotel but we did not hear any noise from our room. Room was clean and comfortable for us as one night stay before we flew out the next day. Chargeable parking was not to bad. Lots of places to eat around the area.”

“I have a 4.5 month old Staffordshire Bull Terrier and we started puppy classes at 3 months old. We joined for many reasons including socialisation for her and to also remind myself as it has been a long time since having a puppy! The classes have been really useful and the pups love it! Great training tips and play time! Homework provided each week and a nice folder supplied to keep that info in, along with photos that are taken each week - nice little touch! I definitely feel a lot more confident with my pup now and we will be continuing into the next stage of classes! Even if you don't feel your pup needs much training, I would still recommend these classes as it's fun for pups and at great value!”

“They took so much care of my cat bless them, they are such amazing people and they fed him on time and changed his food everyday. They wouldn’t go a day without giving him some love, and they sent us some pictures of him and we also extended it for some reasons and they allowed it.”

“Great cycle stop! Staff opened the back gate to let me bring my bike into the courtyard, offered to bring my order to my table (carrying a tray in cycling shoes isn’t easy!) and even filled up my water bottle. Had a lovely panini, cake and coffee and a very reasonable price too.”

“I have just stayed here for the second time and it was as good as the last. This hotel offers value for money considering it's great location right next door to the station. The rooms of of a high quality, having travelled the world as airline crew I've stayed in some top hotels and this is up there with some of them. The rooms look and feel clean and fresh, they offer extras like a hairdryer which others at similar prices don't. Overall I'd definitely recommend W12 Rooms, and would use them again. The reception staff are helpful and very friendly too.”

“I almost don't want to post this review, I want to keep it a secret as possible so it doesn't become fully booked :) For a hotel with a gym, sauna and steam room it is absolutely fantastic value. A 20 minute walk or 6 minute drive to the town centre with plenty of restaurants and bars, some of which I have also reviewed here. I spent 2 lovely weekends here, enjoying the spa facilities and will certainly be returning again.”

“The staff were very helpful, and just really polite, patient, and professional, and made our stay relatively relaxed stress free *(we had a 6 month old with us upon writing this). Even though this place was busy with families enjoying Legoland, it's quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. They get busy at the weekends and half terms by looks of it, and the very helpful staff members were keeping us regularly up to date with when our food is coming.
