“Best place to stay in London! Simply can't say enough good things about this hostel! The staff are friendly, kind and very accommodating. The rooms are clean and there's free lockers under every bed (bring your own lock). There's lots of bathrooms, also very clean. Best of all, there's an awesome pub just downstairs that really comes alive at night. It can get a little noisy with the live music at night, but the staff give you a really good quality pair of earplugs upon arrival. Don't let the noise bother you though, go downstairs and join in! The environment is very inviting and you immediately feel at home! This is a great hostel to make new friends and meet people from all around the world. Thank you all so much for such a great stay, will definitely be returning!”

“Amazing! this Hotel is ideal for job trip. Clean and smooth, with nice and large breakfast. Operators are very kind and i want to mention especially mister Richard who help me with an issue i had with my company travel. He solved quickly and satisfiyng me. I recommend a lot this hotel.”

“The hotel is very clean, comfortable and within walking distance of Chinatown, Leicester Square, Picadilly Circus. Rooms are very nice and the staff is very corteous. Loved the hot chocolate and tea, they always have at the lobby. Will stay here again when I come back to London again. Highly recommended”

“Pleasant welcome when we arrived. Very quick check in. Room was very clean & welcoming. Our room backed on to the busy M4 but never once heard the traffic. Bed was so comfortable best night sleep we have had in a very long time. Easy check out. Will definitely stay again.”

“Donna in the restaurant was amazing! Her memory of our order without a pad and pen was very impressive, and she is really friendly and our 8 year old son said she’s funny too!! Lovely lady! “I had a wonderful relaxing 1 night stay here. I had booked in advance. My flight arrived early so I went to the hotel to drop my bag and find something to do until 3pm check-in time. The reception staff kindly offered me a twin bed room as it was ready immediately. I was so grateful to be able to check in to my room early. I had a nice buffet breakfast and an a la carte dinner before resting for the long flight home. All the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The room was a good size, very clean and quiet and the bed comfortable.”

“Ibis hotels are generally very good. This one is. As a single female traveller I get everything safely under one roof. Very clean, comfortable, nice staff Dog friendly. I didn't like this area very much and didn't venture far, but felt very safe in the hotel.”

“Stayed for one night (6/1/2023) before visiting The Stranger Things Experience, really friendly and helpful staff, from the lovely lady who checked us in to the evening and morning restaurant staff. Good value for money and did the job that we needed, clean room, plenty of hot water and towels, easy to find car park (£5 for 24 hours). Would definitely stay again if in the area.”

“I had a lovely stay here. I somehow managed to pick a quiet room, bit of an odd shape and the lighting is quite harsh, I asked housekeeping if they had a lamp and they brought one straight up. The overhead lighting was too much. It could benefit from lamps in the room to create a better ambience. The bedding was wonderful, a really great quality mattress topper. I slept like a baby. The room has everything you need. The breakfasts were outstanding. I had a 4 day stay so tried something different every day. The staff are really kind and genuine. This would be my go to hotel. It even has a lovely little gym. Also a nice touch was an ice machine on my floor which I used. Water in the room. Fridge, ironing board and iron. Hairdryer. Tea and coffee. Lovely products in the bathroom. Great temperature controls or fresh air from the windows. I stayed at the back of the hotel incase of traffic noise. You are essentially on top of the tube but I actually found that lulled me to sleep! Highly recommend.”

“A lovely receptionist lady who received us when we arrived we are homeless and she went out of her way to help us to speak to our council as they had booked only for two adults and two children and she spoke personally to the council to speak to them and tell them what we needed. “we are on business travel and at the last minute we are forced to choose this since there were no option on city center , but the Hotel staff make us feel the right choice we made, Rooms are neat & clean- regular cleaning Breakfast has good varieties & quality. housekeeping , Restaurant staff including the chef all great people and Reception staff are very helpful because our target will be always them for any help during of stay of 30 days very calm and pleasant . Specialy Donald and few ladies staff(don't Remember the name)”

“Great location if you're seeing an event at Wembley. Our room was basic although was enough for us, tea and coffee was provided. The staff were all excellent and very helpful. There is a well stocked bar with a friendly bar team and a nice area to relax. I'll be going back to this hotel as also good value. Nice view from the room of Wembley Stadium.”

“Lovely base for our holiday. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Dining in in the evening was a bit pricey though. Children's portions were a bit mean, even for children size portions. Rooms were lovely , clean and comfortable.”

“This place was where I had one of the best night sleeps I've ever had in a hotel. after a long and tiring day of traveling, this hotel made up for it. The room was spacious and the view wasn't as bad as I thought it would be (I could see the hotel I went to last year) The breakfast was great as well. “Perfect! We had booked a twin room but wanted a double bed so contacted them to request if we could be swapped to a double room. When we arrived we were told we had been swapped to a triple room at no extra charge. The room was lovely and clean and the bed was comfy. (We didn’t have breakfast). Can’t fault our experience”
