● Open“Great experience! Only good things to say about the staff and the hotel. Despite being there on the first day of their soft opening, everything worked well. The art room plus king was comfortable and silent, and exactly like the website photos. Blinds properly blocked any outside light which was also appreciated. Positively impressed with the walk-in shower. The gym, sauna and steam rooms look good but I didn't have a chance to try. Big plus are the meeting rooms they have on the 1st floor that are usually bookable with a fee for the entire day. Tozi, the italian restaurant, served good options, being located next to the reception (convenient), and happens to be where the all inclusive (a la carte) breakfast is served. The rooftop bar and infinity pool were not yet open for use but had interesting views of the Power Station and felt impressively close to the chimneys. When Joia restaurant opens in Feb this hotel will be an even better option. Kudos to Rhodric for taking the time to answer our questions and showing us the hotel installations!”

This place is one of the best in the area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you choose this place you definitely will love it I'm sure! Excellent location, we stayed here for two nights for two shows. Great location for Wicked only a short tube away and Cinderella in Convent Garden was also a convenient tube away. Close to tube station. Such a lovely room; very clean modern and amazing view. Staff were very friendly epically Hayden on the Bar. Very good hotel bar. Thankyou for a fantastic stay; we shall definitely stay again.”

The premier plus rooms were delightful, the location is two minutes (if that) from the tube station, it’s relatively new and super clean and the breakfast was great. The ability to have rooms cancellable until check-in is very helpful. The staff could not have done more for us and went over and above to ensure we had everything we needed - Special thanks to Lorraine and Ashley whose generosity and kindness we won’t forget! ● Open“Rooms as always were clean and beds comfortable. Great thing is if you are an IHG member you can ask for a free late check-out which we got, that's such a relief. Standard breakfast served and ample parking space. It's next to the motorway and no issues with noise at all. Tiny recommendation would be about the bathroom sink - it was clogged with a few hair - something to be careful about next time.”

Hostel is situated in a very convenient location in the centre of London, close to everything. I forgot a phone in the room and the staff returned to me when I came back, they have put it in the safe place for me. Very kind of them! Thank you again! I will definetly come back.”

● Open“We stayed here for one night for my nephews birthday. On arrival we were met by the lovely Raj, the Deputy Manager. Check in wasn’t til 3 but we agreed to pay a small fee for early check in. Raj kindly upgraded us to a family room with a beautiful view and also gave the kids some chocolates. He even offered to put the birthday banners in the room whilst we went shopping. Summary - great hotel; spacious and clean, friendly staff and a short distance to the nearest tube stop and shops and restaurants.”

● Open“Came too early and was still let in by a kind receptionist who made everything clear. Kitchen had almost everything you needed except something to dry plates with. Place was tidy, spacious and clean and beds were very comfortable. Price felt over the top given it wasn’t some 5 star hotel but manageable. Overall little to complain about and the nitpicking details weren’t enough to drag it down a star. Could definitively do it again :)”
