Wendy's

"My husband and I were traveling through to Ohio and decided to stop to get a bite to eat and sit down instead of eating in the vehicle. They were not busy, but with that many teenagers working it was a little loud. I learned that one of the girls were on her period. Another girl is on birth control. They were talking very loudly. It just ruined what we thought would be a moment of peace away from driving. On top of that, the fries were cold. The chilli was lukewarm at best and had huge chunks of leftover hamburger patties in it."

"Today was the 3rd time I stopped this place when I'm on a business trip. Food was just ok today, but they gave me a cold coffee with excessive cream. The lady that served us wasn't friendly at all and when I came back to return the coffee she gave me a bunch of excuses. I ended up asking for a lemonade to keep moving as I couldn't wait and didn't want to argue with the lady. Management really needs to find a way to hire more people or to fire the ones they have and hire someone that really wants to work. They need to be trained on customer service and people skills. Not coming back to this place, enough is enough!"

"Driving cross-country we spent 4.5 hrs at a repair shop so rather than a sit-down meal at 8 pm with over 4 hours to go we opted for the usually reliable Wendy's. A few cars in the drive thru and zero people inside. We ordered 2 meals to go. Fries were COLD. Chicken nuggets were COLD. The bun on my double-stack wad COLD. Cheese was not even close to being melted. So much for something warm in our tummies for the drive. I guess they figure if you are getting it to go you won't turn the car (or on our case van pulling a trailer) around to complain. They were right about that part but I still can make the problem known with this review. Now I see why they had such a low rating. If you are on I-70 take a few more minutes and drive to the next one, not the one at exit 151."

"We were standing in line behind a family of four who were ordering breakfast, only to be told when we approached the register that they were out of breakfast stuff! We were the only other people in the restaurant! Too bad they couldn't make two more breakfast sandwiches because we turned and left and went to AJ's Main St Diner for a superb breakfast!"

"I was glad I could go in and eat, because the last time I tried to come here, three months ago, I couldn't do it. I had a Maple Bacon Croissant, Seasoned Potatoes, Orange Juice, and a Frosty-cino with a shot of vanilla. I thought all of it tasted great. I don't get to have breakfast out, but it was a great way to start the day. I had a picture, but it did not come up. I will try again another time. UPDATE:. June 2, 2022-I came back to eat here this time, since I took a picture the last time, and it didn't come up. I ordered a Classic Chicken Sandwich, French Fries, and I substituted the soft drink with a Vanilla Frosty-cino. It was delicious, especially the Frosty-cino. I did get a picture this time! UPDATE:. March 6, 2023-I was in the neighborhood, so I came in to eat. I ordered a Pretzel Bacon Double Pub Burger, Medium French Fries, and a Medium Coke Zero. This Wendy's had the pretzel bun, whereas the other Wendy's didn't. It is even better with the pretzel bun. The burger is delicious, but a little messy. It is one of those burgers I would have as a treat."
