"I really want to leave a great review...but, I just can't. Yamato's recently moved locations and they may still be settling in. Our waitress was very nice. She was also very busy, therefore, not being the most attentive. It is pretty dark in the restaurant making it hard for me to read the menu. Some of the food wasn't warm when it came out. My son's bento box was given to another person and he received their order. I hadn't received my entire meal (filet mignon) and was asked if I was ready for the check. My son was still waiting for one correct item from his meal that we asked to have packaged to go. The waitress profusely apologized and my son was given 1/2 off his meal and we received a card for a free appetizer at our next visit."
