"I had the Philly cheesesteak. They use cheese sauce instead of cheese. This made it so wet and sloppy that it was inedible. The fries were stale. It was obvious they microwaved the sandwich. I could have gotten better food at McDonald’s for less money. The floors were dirty had food droppings everywhere. My server was nice and did a good job."
"Terrible. Empty dining room yet a 7+ minute wait to be seated, 30+ for the food and when it came. The 2 steaks were over cooked, terrible quality meat, Mac was cold, Wings were soggy and bill was over $80 with tip."
"My son took me here on Veterans Day. It was a 45-minute wait time before seating. We ordered their chili queso dip with chips. It had a weird old taste to it. Like it had sat for quite a while. It was also really greasy. The last time we had it (which was a long time ago), it was so much better. I don't know if they changed brands or are using a different recipe, but it needs to be changed back. The dessert was a bit more expensive than it had been in the past. For my meal being free, we still ended up paying over $50 for his meal, 2 drinks, the queso dip, and 2 lava cakes that we took home. Let's just say that we won't be ever ordering dessert again until prices go down."
"Ordered the Surf and Turf and the Triple Dipper. Splurged and had a Presidente Margarita (Strawberry) and the Lava cake. The service was notably good, along with the food. The staff could not have been more attentive. Very good experience."
