"Server was great! My wife and I shared the 16 ounce Prime Rib. I ordered it medium but it was cooked medium-well, and it had a smoked flavor I was not expecting or fond of - I like my steak to taste like steak. The atmosphere was and is always the best. The rest of the meal was nice and she kept our coffee full and hot."
"Our visit to Texas Road House of Richmond Indiana was absolutely amazing last night. We were celebrating my Wife's Birthday. Food was amazing and the service was great. "We had such an amazing experience. We visit a Texas Roadhouse in every state/city we travel to. This is hands down the best in Indiana so far . Taylor was an amazing server. She came when we needed her and let us be when we didn’t. Friendly, made us felt welcomed and was was very professional. The Food was fast & absolutely delicious. We had 8oz sirloins with shrimp. First time in a LONG time we didn’t use steak sauce. Seasoned to perfection. My loaded sweet potato was phenomenal. We will definitely be back. It’s worth the 2hr drive. Thank Taylor for making our experience a great one."
"I get to go to Texas Roadhouse once in a while. When I do, it's a treat. The meal started with Coke Zero, Roll, and Blooming Onions. Delicious, but I was trying to save room for my meal. That was the Combo Appetizer, with Buffalo Wings, Fried Pickles, and Tater Skins. That was just as delicious. My next question is when do I go next time? UPDATE: June 30, 2023-I finally got to go back! I ordered the Killer Ribs with Steak Fries and Coke Zero. I also had some Blooming Onions and a Roll. It was all delicious! So when do I go back? UPDATE: October 1, 2023-I went there last night to pick up a mobile order. I ordered Chicken Critters, Steak Fries, and a Diet Coke. They also gave me four rolls, but I was only able to eat one of them. Everything was so delicious! The only complaint was that there was a line at the pick up window outside when I came to pick it up. They could have used more help."
"They were extremely fast even though they were very busy. The staff was friendly and got our table everything that we needed. The food was good. My steak was slightly overcooked but still tasted very good, and everything else was delicious. Overall great experience love coming here."
