"This stores in-stock is one of the worst I've ever experienced at a Walmart. Trying to buy shampoo really had me annoyed, shelves were bare. Their aisle locations seemed to be off from the app. You can tell they either have no one working, or no one working that cares to uphold what Walmarts standards really are. I'm not sure what other stores are in this area, but I'd just recommend going elsewhere with this one."

"I travel all over America for my job, and I shop at Walmart at most of my destinations. From Los Angeles to New York, Chicago to Orlando, RICHMOND'S Walmart is the worst! You hire lazy employees, and your shelves are ALWAYS 1/4 stocked. I know you like to use "Coved" as the excuse but the fake pandemic is over long ago. If your shelves are empty and your staffing is limited as a result from "Coved" than why aren't the other Walmarts I shop having the same issue? POOR INEFFECTIVE LAZY MANAGEMENT is my guess."

"Okay my name's tristan and yes I'm homeless and. Just wanted to share this. A gentleman wanted to buy me food and a gallon of water and the main manager seen the guy buying me the water and food and came up and told me you don't deserve what he's buying you and said I'm not gonna allow. Him to check this stuff out for you and maid us both leave the Walmart and told us to never come back."

"I decided to go inside to buy some of my Christmas gifts for my grand babies and I had a cart full of things. It was easily 3-400.00 That being said, I was in the kids department and there were two employees working in that department and one had their freight and carts in the middle of the aisles and the other was picking orders. Since most of the area was already clustered and I needed to get by, I looked at the lady who was picking orders and I said “Excuse me” since they both made eye contact and seem to care that I needed to pass them. The lady picking orders looked away, rolled her eyes and shoved her cart forward. I said “Sorry to bother you” and she said nothing. I continued to shop after I passed her. When I asked another employee if they had layaway, they said they haven’t had that for a few years. I needed to get the items anyway, so I headed back to the kids department to get a few more things that I forgot. A different lady was working in that department when I came back, and she also made eye contact and would not move any of her carts when I tried to pass in a different area of the kids department. At that point, I was beyond frustrated and angry with the rudeness of the employees. I said “I’m tired of the rudeness and shoved my cart to the side and walked out of there. People don’t spend their hard earned money to be treated like this. I will never go back to that Walmart to shop. It’s also not the first time that I’ve been treated like this at the same place. Ever since Covid happened, it seems like Customer Service has gone out the window. If I owned a business, I wouldn’t allow my employees to treat our customers like that ever."

"Some of the employees weren't very helpful. Some were rude others didn't seem to have sufficient training in electronics . Although, there were a couple employees that were very helpful and knowledgeable in what they were doing. The service area upfront was very helpful and customer friendly. I appreciate that! The restrooms were immaculate! Overall, the store was very clean , organized and the merchandise was easy to find. No long lines. Easy to use self checkouts and CONVENIENT!"
