"I got food poisoning a week ago. I ordered 3 burritos and 3 tacos. As soon as I ate one of the burritos, I ran into my bathroom and started puking. Worst taco bell I have been to. Don't go there or you will be sick for awhile!"
"My last order, when I asked about why my Baja Blast tasted funny, the window worker, had no idea. Watched Him try and make my drink (The same Baja blast ) and tried to give it to me, again. And when I declined, I said a pepsi would be fine. For-going an explaination of : the carbionation is off. Was also missing sauce packets I had ordered. All in all its cheap food and a great rewards system, I love the new Nacho Cheese fries, but the service at best, is to be desired."
"1015am breakfast, potato burrito, potatoes were old gross and to hard to chew on more than a few of them, you could tell the eggs had sat there a long time also so when put together I couldn't stomach it,....I eat this burrito at other tacobells and it's so good when it's fresh and made right_//update: they were nice on phone and said I could come in for replacement and took my name and item, good customer service goes along way"
"This is by far the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Ordered here on 2 separate occasions while I was staying in Richmond for work. Both times my order was missing items. First time I ordered delivery and ended up having to go back anyways because they forgot the drinks to my combos as well as one of my orders of chips. They had 2 cheeses in my bag but only one order of chips. Also did not give me any of the sauces I asked for. The second time ordering I received the saddest excuse for nacho fries I've ever seen. Pretty much just looked like fries with zero seasoning. Once again I was asked if I wanted any sauces and did not receive them for the 2nd time. Didn't recieve anything for my inconvenience either time except a feeling of crushing disappointment. Do better."
