Pizza King

"My Second visit after being contacted by management and very satisfied not only with the food but how managements response was quick and apologetic only asking for a chance to make right a wrong. So what happened Was first time patron a few weeks ago and I was very dissatisfied with quality of pizza. Management and staff are great definitely a place to pinn for future visits. Foods great and you get your money's worth."

"I've been comin here for 3+ months. The emergency exit door has continuously accumulated dirt, dust and whatever it is that is gathering on the right side of the door (pictured). Pretty disgustin for a restaurant in my opinion, but the pizza is acceptable. The orderin phones haven't been cleaned in a long time and I will take a pic of it the next time, if I go back. The waitress was great, but the establishment was pretty nasty to say the least in my opinion!!! Very disappointed for a food establishment. Also, the pricing is way too much for a 12" pizza with a few extras ( receipt pic attached). If it wasn't for my wife liking the pizza, I would never come back if it were up to me!!!"

"Ordered Pizza king every Friday for 30+ years. Unfortunately it’s not what it used to be. The past few years between 25-30% of the time that I order delivery( including last week on 12/22) see pics.. , the pizza arrives with half the pieces having a thin, hallowed out & bubbled up crust. I don’t know what causes this..I would assume it has something to do with temp & humidity? In any case, I can’t be the only one having this problem for several years now.. case in point, Not worth what you pay for…plus I ordered full bake breadsticks and half the time they are pure dough that I have to end up baking myself. the food is very good if you get it fresh and done right. obviously has potential to be great still. I hate complaining about it and frankly don’t bother to call & complain. My suggestion is to go to the actual restaurant if you want top quality because I’ve never had a bad pizza when eating inside…they obviously just don’t give priority to the delivery orders going out, and I understand they get very busy on the weekends."

"The food is 5-stars every single time. Fresh, delicious, and my orders are always right. I will only order from East Main Pizza King because the food is always great. The staff is incredibly friendly, and their manager provides top notch customer service. This store should be the one that all other stores are modeled after, and the manager should train all new store managers."
