"The best thing I mostly enjoy about this hotel in specific is the staff. Veronica and Ivan are the best front desk agents you can find. They are both friendly, professional and are willing to go above and beyond to make your time spent enjoyable. Big shout out to Veronica and Ivan for going the extra mile. "Had to find a room close to conference because hotel there was sold out. Found this one and it was a good value for the price. Room was clean, bed was good, and AIr Conditioner was easy to make room comfortable. Ivan was great at check in and it went smoothly. The place is older but seems to be maintained fairly well and they were in process of some parking lot and fencing upgrades. Soft Music playing in common areas was nice when coming and going. If I needed hotel for work trip in future in that area of Orlando/Kissimmee, i would check here for availability at that time."

"I will definitely be staying here again ❤️ All of the front desk staff, the breakfast attendants, and the cleaning service staff have been lovely. They all welcomed me and answered any questions I had with smiles. The breakfast was great! There were so many options. I loved the keurig in the room as well with green tea options because I drank the teas I brought and the ones they provided as well. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and the view from the room was amazing. This was my first solo vacation and this stay was everything and more! Thank you to Sabrina, Victoria, and Veronica at the front desk especially for helping me out. I am grateful and I will be back!"

"The best thing about our stay was the price. Reading other reviews, I was hoping for a decent room at that price and Holiday Inn did not disappoint. We stayed in an accessible room that accommodated my daughter's wheelchair. The room was clean and spacious. It had most of the amenities that you would want in a hotel room, except a hairdryer. I loved the large mini fridge. Lots of storage space. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of towels. Nice, new decor. My only other issue was with the curtains to the windows not closing fully so there was a small gap which let in light. All staff that we encountered were friendly, helpful and professional. They are getting it right. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Typically, we would've stayed at one of the Disney resorts because we have a Disney Vacation Club membership, but nothing was available for the date we needed. I would definitely stay here again if/when we need a room and DVC isn't available. I will also recommend it to others."

"Veronica was amazing. She was so helpful and took care of any concerns I had quickly. She was warm and made us feel right at home! Max came in and was also so so helpful and kind. And the security officer was just as warm. We will absolutely stay here again. The rooms are old and bathroom wasn’t super clean but the amazing customer service made me quickly forget about that. The location was perfect too!"
