"This hotel has the rudest most unaccommodating staff I have ever stayed up for an embassy in Hilton since 2014. If you have any other options of a hotel day, I would highly recommend it. This place will leave your vacation feeling unfulfilled and money not spent very well!!"

"Easily the best hotel I have stayed at in Orlando. Hard to consider any other hotel after staying here. Massive room with 2 TVs, 3 sinks and multiple windows. Complimentary breakfast is exceptional with a make your own omelet bar. Electric vehicle charging and less than 15 minutes from Disney."

"I have been staying at this hotel for about 10 years now. I have never had an issue here and think the front desk staff is awesome! Every employee here does an amazing job. When I enter, the front desk greets me by name and welcomes me back. Fatima, behind the bar is amazing and always makes my favorite drink. I have always gotten service with a smile. I have been coming back for nearly 10 years, so that should tell you something!"

"We are Hilton Honors Gold members and we have stayed at a few of the Hilton hotels in the Lake Buena Vista/Disney area. The Embassy Suites turned out to be an incredible surprise. This hotel is immaculate, and our rooms were everything you could hope for as far as being modern, clean, comfortable, and spacious. The heated pool and the hot tub are outstanding, and anybody who stays here and misses out on these amenities are missing a really wonderful addition to their stay. From check-in to check out, the more than adequate included breakfast, and the excellent personal service has made us huge fans of this hotel.
