"Solid hotel for a Disney stay. Close to all the parks. However, definitely tolls to get there if you want to go the fastest way. Rooms could use a little love, but still would stay here again. Free breakfast was great, but wish they had it until 10am instead of just 9am."

"Limited control over the temperature, couldn’t set it below 68 degrees. Also, they feed incorrect tax and fee information to Marriott resulting in taxes and fees being more than 75% higher than was estimated when making the reservation. Assistant manager didn’t care when I asked about the discrepancy when checking out and blew off my concern. Would recommend staying at one of the other properties in the area."

"No hot water when I went to take a shower .called front desk they did nothing . Paid an alot of Money fir a room that normally goes for $90 dollars a night Because the front desk clerk was overcharging. Asked for a 2 bed room . Called in morning to let them kno about fixing the hot water they did not resolve the problem. Told the Manager when I checked out . She said sorry about that .just unexseptable."

"Excellent hotel! The staff operate this place properly for sure! I travel a couple hundred nights a year, and let me tell ya, Drew is one of the finest hoteliers of all time, and this property is lucky to have such caring people on their team. Thanks for the help!"

"The staff make or break a hotel. I spent 10 years with Marriott before opening my business. Now I stay with them quite a bit. These days, there are more bad properties than good. This hotel is a gem, and I cannot recommend it enough. Drew is a superstar. If I could hire him I would. Props to the management team on such a well trained body of staff, and the high GSS (I noticed when I came to leave this review). This is a difficult accomplishment in today’s workforce."
