"This place sucks! First, it has a stench. Second, they don't even give you complimentary coffee. Even the cheapest of motels give you coffee! While we were checking the guy next to us had a resort fee if $30. Our resort fee was $45. I don't understand how we pay thousands of dollars to be a member stay in a place like this."

"We had a great stay here - convenient, modern and comfortable accommodations, convenient location and amazing value. We greatly enjoyed the use of a rollaway cot as an extra bed- it was $20 USD for the whole week. (Only available in certain suite layouts due to fire code)"

"This is our home away from home. Everyone is so accommodating and professional. We have stayed extended periods of time and the location is perfect. Staff is great. There are some remaining rooms that need a little updating but with 2500 rooms, it takes awhile!! We will definitely be back, as always!!"

"I'll never stay here again! When I arrived and as I walked to my room, there was a weird odor that I continued to smell in my room. There were no hangers in the closet, nothing to sit my suitcase on, the sheets had holes in them and also had that weird odor. The safe didn't work. The room wasn't one of the renovated rooms. The refrigerator had a leak on the bottom left side. There was no phone in the bedroom, just the living room. When I put in a request for housekeeping items, no one showed up. The walls are also thin because the people above me my last two nights sounded like they were coming through the ceiling even after I called the front desk to complain. I'm just used to better places. Out of everything, the smell was the worst! Only good thing is that it's close to attractions. They actually asked me to sit through a presentation. Why would I consider a timeshare at a smelly building?! Building 14"

"Nice location but the resort lacks. The rooms do not feel clean, with decor and furnishings looking like they’re from the 70s. The pools don’t have sun because the tall buildings surround them. The barbecues are terrible - small and old - one step up from charcoal barbecues with no lights around. They could use an upgrade. The fitness room (yes, one!!) for 21 buildings (ten floors each) has four treadmills, no dumbbells or free weights, and that’s about it. Definitely not nearly as nice as some of the other resorts in the area."
