"DO NOT STAY HERE!! ROACH INFESTED! Horrible Management!! I never leave reviews, I just think most experiences are individualized. However, I really feel like if you’re looking into staying here, you should know. This place is horribly managed, and it’s really poorly maintained. The first set of keys we were given was to someone else’s room. (When we were getting our keys, someone else was complaining because a man with a key walked into their room at night while they were sleeping, with their young daughter also in the room.) Honestly I should have left then. It was particularly cold the night we stayed so when we got to the room we tried to turn the heat on, and it wouldn’t work. We went to the front desk and they said that they would Have someone come and see if they could Fix it. We said sure, and the maintenance man came and said it was broke and offered us a space heater. We had gotten to the hotel late and it was about 1AM by this time, so we tried to just deal with it.Then we started to get settled for the night when we saw multiple Roaches. We packed our stuff and went to the front desk, and they said they could offer us a different room. However, I was not going to be staying somewhere that had roaches, so we declined and asked for a refund. The person behind the counter said they understood but that the manager was the only person who could authorize a refund. That he would be in the next day at 8:30am. We called the next day, the front desk said the manager would be in at 2pm. So we again called at 3 and they said he just left. We asked if there was anyone else that could Help us get a refund and they said no. So even if you end up staying and have a bad experience don’t expect a refund, because the manager dodges calls."

"I have stayed here over a dozen times at least over the last few years (2018) and I have always had a good experience here. Rooms are clean, complimentary breakfast is good, and the staff is so friendly. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay near Disney on a budget."

"Hard to figure out how to get to the location by the Google map, but once you got there it was a delightful experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, very welcoming. Breakfast was amazing, 5 star. The only issue we had if we wanted to be picky, is the shower was either hot or cold. Try as hard as my husband did. He could not get a good temperature."

"I am not sure why the bad reviews but I stayed here for 7 days with my family and we had a great experience. Our flight got delayed and when I called guest services I spoke to Dawn and he was so helpful and waited for us to arrive and do our checkin at 3am. We were so close to all the restaurants, convenience stores, and all the Disney Parks were about a 10-12 minute drive which was amazing. We even got to visit Old Town and amusement park. Parking was free and house keeping was done several days which was an extra plus for us. The breakfast was also great and gave us the energy to be up early and head to the parks. I will definitely consider this place for future stays, thank you all for everything."

"We enjoyed our stay here on our visit to Disney World! There is a shuttle to each park but it only comes once in the morning and once in the evening. This was by far the best free breakfast I have ever encountered. Normally, free means Continental, but here it was a full spread to include eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, Flavored waffles, fruit, cereal, and the list goes on. However, for the Universal shuttle the buffet does not open until the shuttle strive and they will not wait for you. The rooms are great and spacious but the bathrooms are so so so tiny. It was nice to have a pool with benches and cabanas, just wish they cleaned them more."
