"Decent quality rooms, I slept like a baby. The manager, and the staff were friendly which was nice. Never in my life did I think I would wake up to an Audi being stolen from my car hauler. It wasn’t just that, they had the audacity to steal my work tablet, my nice blue parrot headset, these criminals stole everything except my dignity. I’m ashamed that I was booked for this location, your people doing the reservations had me straight up in the hood. I work long hours, all I was trying to do was get some sleep, there were some cool people I met on the streets there though."

"The front desk girl was really really nice she took great care of us and was very attentive to other guest while I waited for my husband to Bring our credit card. She has the long dark hair. The room was really very nice for the price it was $81 on valentines day it was clean it had a big flat screen tv with Cable actually worked! I would definitely go there again. You don't even need to put down a deposit as long as you pay for the room with a credit or debit card which is nice it sucks to have to pay a extra $100 when your trying to get a room."

"Trash !! This might be my worst review to date out of the 2900 reviews I've done. I locked my self out of my room at 2am not s big deal except there was no one on site. I called the operator via the phone at the front door. He told me it would be about 30 min. After calling back 4 times and having to sit in my car (lucky I had my car keys in my pocket) for 3 hours until I was able to get back in my room. No comp nothing sorry about your luck basically. I'm beside myself noone even tried to make it right. DO BETTER FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS"

"this company and the management are horrendous. My uncle passed away ONSITE. It could have been helped or prevented but the manager TIM waited to call 911 until he was “blue” AND passed out on the floor. We have seeked help from management and the corporation entirely because their own workers went into my deceased uncles room and stole numerous items(we have picture proof). They are taking no course of action to help the situation nor trying to hold their workers accountable for their wrong doings. My uncle gave this company 12+ years of his life. He missed out on numerous holidays, went above and beyond following standards of the company, gave kindness to his residents, etc. I do not understand how he helped this company so much, just for them to turn a blind eye. It’s absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. Whoever stole from their dead coworkers room should be terminated effective immediately. So all in all, great place to visit and stay if you’re okay with: 1. Struggling by yourself during a medical emergency 2. Having workers enter your room and take things as they please 3. Dealing with any issues on your own because management will simply brush it off. (P.S. I would suggest a debriefing on emergency training at this location)"

"This is a horrible hotel and company! If you have a medical emergency they won’t help. the manager is a liar and said to dispatch he would not help. My brother passed away there and they did nothing to help. We heard the 911 call. They stole from his room also and won’t pay his paychecks that owed. Then they passed a video around of his passing. I would never stay here. This is the worst experience of my life. And this hotel and company has made it a million times worse. Stay away for your own safety!"
