"Do yourself a favor and skip this Target. It’s dirty, the workers are rude, there’s always only one cashier and the self checkout lines are SO long. But today the self checkout lines were closed (I read somewhere this is a corporate decision) and only one cashier on the floor, so I put my basket back and went to a perfectly capable Target 20 minutes away. Worth it."
"Target corporation: your mobile app is useless. Every time I place an order it cancels my order minutes later. Such as it did today when I arrived to the Aurora location to pick up several toys for a toy drive that ends tomorrow. As a busy working professional, ordering in advance and picking up is the most efficient way I can fit things like this in my life. When I spoke to the customer rep at the store and she could not help with the app issue, I asked if someone can get this order together now that I’m here. The answer was no, we are short staffed. This leads me to believe that my order was canceled, yet again, because you don’t have the man power to fulfill mobile orders. Do away with this option if you can’t keep up. Secondly, since I had to hand pick the items that were not fulfilled, I came across many empty shelves and refrigerators and even noticed bad meat! Gross! It’s not hard to miss so the associates clearly are not paying attention!"
"Whoever the old lady was who rang me up, I had to correct her several times and basically do her job for her because she seemingly is too old to do her job correctly. Also, all the guests here are rude as hell. Never coming back"
"It's a nice target, and it's clean. The people overall are friendly. I just wish that when I go in, my money wouldn't magically disappear out of my wallet and turn into things I really don't need. But hey, that's between my pocket and me. We'll have words about this...."
