"The staff was very nice and very good with the kids. I was impressed considering the customer service at other places with younger kids within their staff. Thank you to all of you working this weekend, specifically Saturday."
"Thank you for making my son’s birthday experience The place was spotless. I've never seen a place so clean for kids to play. Our 10 am party slot was great. It felt like we had the place to ourselves. My only suggestion would be to allow people to pay with debit/credit cards. Our bill was well over $500, and my wife had to go to the bank. It's relatively unheard of to get that much cash out of the bank on a Saturday and leave a child partying. I recommend getting card readers so patrons can pay for parties via credit/debit cards. It's very unsafe for patrons to have large amounts of cash on them - especially ladies. It's hazardous to have absorbent quantities of cash on hand. Besides the inconvenience of my wife getting some money from the bank to cash out, everything was excellent! I will also make this recommendation on the corporate level. Cashing out seems outdated."
"My six year old grandson had his party here and it was great. The place was not crowded and the eleven kids had a great time."
"We had a great unlimited play birthday party. Great selection of games to play. All worked but one. Service was slow in the beginning as we waiting for our wristbands but the rest of the time was great. The birthday dance floor and Chucky visits were a lot of fun."
"My son was allowed a day pass from the children's hospital near this location and while he couldn't eat he had a great time playing the games. The staff was super accommodating. We went early in the day to miss the crowds and we are so glad we did. Definitely will be back before leaving Denver."
