"Rude staff, we would visit this place very often. My son loves it, but the staff is horrible; I moved one of the chairs to supervise my three-year-old, and the man asked me to move my chair. I advised I had moved the chair to supervise my child. He told me, that he did not care and walked off."
"Very unfriendly staff... Adults are not allowed on ANY of the inflatables, so this is best suited for older children (3-5) and expect self-play or with another child. Because you can't monitor them inside, other larger kids can rough house with your child, and you can't help them out if they get scared or lost. Also concerned about the cleanliness / how often things are sanitized. Saw some questionable liquids when they are not allowed in the area."
"Went there today and was not impressed. The women at the register stared blankly at us and didn’t greet us or say anything. There was not running water in the bathroom. There was poor ventilation and it was super hot. There are no signs (aside from one bouncy house near the entrance that is for 1-3 year olds) that says adults are not allowed into the bouncy houses. Was told in a rude tone to get out even though there were no other adults or children in that bouncy house at the time so weight limit was not an issue. Overall, not a good place to take your child unless they have another kid to play with since adults aren’t allowed to actively play with their child in the bouncy house. The women made me feel uncomfortable since I could tell she was in a bad mood from the very beginning. She should definitely not be working in a children’s place."
