"The pizza is good if you eat it right away. I noticed that if you take a take out box. The pizza gets sawgy quickly. The wings were good."

"It's a chain restaurant with frozen food that's heated up and served. Went for a little meeting and the server didn't understand how to handle that. Passed drinks over a laptop, didn't listen to the order and brought a wrong dish, was more interested in other things than serving and most importantly they forgot to bring back the credit card but told us goodbye and moved on. Seemed clean for the most part but stuck to the table we were at. Hostess brought a to-go box out to us as we were leaving, that was left on the table, which was nice."

"The food was excellent, but service was disappointing. I had to ask for everything. I’m not sure it’s a server issue so I still tipped 6 on a 25 meal. However before that when I went to pay, using a $25 gift card and a $5 bonus card on a $25.36 bill I was told the $5 was declined, on remaining $0.36. I was told not to worry about the $0.36 balance, they’d take car of it and and returned my empty gift cards to me. I actually had to ask what about the remaining $4 +, explaining it it should be valid, both the $25 and Bonus $5 card, were purchased same day, (November after thanksgiving) - again server explained I owed nothing. I asked to see a manager - but was told they were busy, even when I said I’d wait to be seen - I was still refused manager access - and if I really wanted to resolve it I could try calling back ask for owner, who might consider replacing it. I take two buses to get here, because I usually enjoy the experience, I’m not sure I’ll go back"

"We've stopped by here over the years. Good food majority of the time. Bartenders always poured well and created some tasty drinks. The building itself is showing some wear and tear throughout. Management really needs to pay attention to the details (clean the walls, dust off all the light fixtures, add more decor where they removed the old decor, whipe down the table top menus, so nasty). For the neighborhood, it's nothing special just another busy chain restaurant. But improving the small details will make it shine a 5 star for our neighborhood."

"Our experience at this restaurant was positive overall. Our server was great, providing attentive service throughout our visit. While the bar side was busy, the dining room side was a bit slower. That being said, the food was good - I personally had a filling and delicious calzone with crispy texture and flavorful interior. My husband had a burger and sweet potato fries, which were decent. Additionally, they offer a good happy hour special, and I'm looking forward to returning to try another burger. All in all, I would recommend this restaurant."
