"Only self checkout open and the person watching it was on his cell phone more than tending to guests or maybe directing to service desk. The line was streched down past the checkouts and took 10-15 minutes of the line growing for someone to decide to ask for someone to jump onto a lane."
"Fairly decent store. The issue is the self checkout Lanes. There are only four, and most of the time at least half of them are down. They need to get their equipment working correctly. Last time I was in I was due 42,000 in cash back. And today when I went in, the machine was not taking cash. So, had to wait in line to get a machine that was working. Their Tech Team/ Tech issues are horrible."
"I had a very weird experience here recently. I found a Funko Pop I wished to purchase in the collectible figurine section of the store. While using self checkout (no registers were open), I scanned my item, and the screen stated I needed an employees assistance. The employee quickly came over and scanned the pop with their handheld. The employee then told me they would "be right back" and then went to customer service with the pop figure. The employee then comes back empty-handed and told me they could not sell me the pop. I went to customer service and asked them why. They said it was "zeroed out in the system" and could not sell it to me and that the pop would "go to salvage." I showed them where the pop was available to purchase on their own website. No matter what I said, they would not sell it to me. It seems very odd that they would turn away my money for something that was currently listed on their website."
