Marco's Pizza

"Tables were dirty, and chairs had built up grime. The food is amazing. One good worker, the rest seemed unuplyed. Sagging pants, profanity, and unprofessional. Have messed up two out of three orders placed."

"I placed my order at noon and around 1:30 I had to call to see if it was going to be delivered or not... I was told that they thought that it was a carry out and that they would try to find a driver as soon as possible to get it to me. I explained that the exact same thing had happened the last time I had ordered from them and I was hung up on by the woman who answered the phone. I thought I would give this place another chance as I had just recently moved to the neighborhood. And I will never do it again. Absolutely the worst customer service I have encountered in a long time. My food finally arrived And it is cold and really poorly put together. We ordered from the Marcos and Colorado Springs all the time. And it is the best food and service.... This store is so disappointing... Never again."

"We made a sizable order over the web and went to pick it up. When my wife and daughter got there they were greeted with excuses and disrespect rather than apologies and ownership for the order not even being started at that point. Mr. Smith the so called manager displayed a lack of fundamental customer service skills that made you wonder why anyone would make him the public face of their company! He didn’t want to give any discounts for the order not being ready 20-30 minutes after it was supposed to completed and was unapologetic which makes me think this is normal for this location. He went on to say that he was the franchisee which I find hard to believe but if it is true Marco’s needs to revisit their screening process! I had to give one star to post this review and they don’t deserve it!"

"If I could give this no stars I would! We ordered pizza tonight and half our pizza was missing sauce, cheese, and another topping. And also not cooked all the way. We ordered cheesy bread as well, it was rubbery from not being cooked all the way and flavorless. It’s like someone intentionally went out of there way to make our pizza this way cause they thought it was funny."

"Unacceptable that the menu prices don’t reflect the actual pricing. I cannot believe they wouldn’t honor the menu pricing (And it’s not insignificant difference about $4.00 for just a small cheese pizza!). Employees were nice and showed their own annoyance saying “corporate” won’t change the menus. This was our first time in here not a great impression."
