"If you are an alpaca lover or want to bring one for a visit, I warmly recommend Shambalah Alpaca Ranch. It's very informative, you get to learn all about these awesome animals, and you get to see a few lamas as well. Hillary has great patience with all the possible and impossible questions that we had and you get as close to all the alpacas in the barn as safely possible. Access is easy and close to the main road, our tiny car had no issues :) It was easy to schedule a tour, just called on the phone, and they were gracious to reschedule when my wife had to go into work unexpectedly. Thank you for a great tour and great day Shambalah Ranch!"
"We had a lovely afternoon visiting Shambalah and their sweet Alpacas — we learned so much from Hillary! We had a fascinating tour, had so many fun moments, and took some wonderful photos. A great experience for all the family. Highly recommend!"
"The tour is such an awesome experience. Hillary was the best tour guide. She taught me a lot about alpacas, their biology, their industry, and their history. The experience was also super interactive with the alpacas, and the few llamas on the ranch. These are such adorable and lively animals. Please give the ranch a visit. You won't regret it."
"Loved this place. The owner was very knowledgeable and really went into explaining these beautiful animals to me and my family. The Suri Alpacas are such beautiful creatures and just thankful that we were able to visit them. My girls had a blast...and surprisingly I did too! We will have to come back to see them again!"
"Had a fantastic time with the family! Hillary is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain anything you could want to know about Alpacas. The Alpacas themselves are so fun to be around! Definitely recommend making a trip out here to learn about these animals and take a tour with the family. I had my three kids with me and having a private tour where they could ask questions and feed the Alpacas was a great experience! Definitely worth the low cost of admission. Highly recommend!"
