"My Husband & I stayed here in November for 5 days. We came to the area for Thanksgiving. The woman Kathy & her helpers were GREAT!! If we needed anything (more coffee, face clothes, tissue they were right there & It was clean! Thank You Kathy you made our stay very nice. Deb H. from Delaware"

"Generally unclean and kinda gross. There were long hairs on top of bed in a supposedly clean room. There was a clump of hair and debris on the 14 or so foot ceiling of the bathroom. How did it get there? I had to clean the whole coffee machine. The basket still had a spent bag of coffee grounds in it, I washed the coffee pot and coffee mug, as it still had sparkly lipstick on it - gross. There were no trash cans in our room, so I put the wipes and Qtips left in room on a table in hallway. No soap, bar nor liquid, was provided, so all washing, whether coffee pot or human skin, had to be done with shampoo, which was provided. None of the 4 clocks in our room were functioning. The lady showing us our room called me "Sir" in person, though I'm a woman. The good, is that this place is not far from anything in the town of Holly itself. Centrally located, one can take a walking tour easily. If it were in clean condition with basics provided, this place would get a higher rating from me. But at $80 a night, it provided a place to sleep."

"They were very accommodating when we stopped in this town looking for a hotel at 9 pm. They Also allowed us to have our cat in the room for just a $15 deposit. This place truly was a haven on our long trip and the aesthetic was too cute. Love the original downtown building and the decorations to match. Host who met us to rent the room out was very nice."

"This building was built in 1900 and it has been very well taken care of. The decorations are quaint. The building first opened to be a sugar factory. The room I was in had a kitchenette and a fridge. My room was quiet and overall it was such a pleasant stay. Kathy and her family were very kind and welcoming. She put a lot of thought behind her hospitality, and she is so sweet and great to talk to. Her grandson helps with your luggage up and down the stairs, and is very kind. The price is remarkably low considering how high of quality the rooms are and the personalized, warm hospitality. This hotel is a gem! I would love to stay again one day! I highly recommend anyone to stay here. It’s on the same block as the grocery store, which has a large selection of anything you may need."

"This town and hotel was adorable. The hotel was and old town building and was perfectly decorated. The beds were so comfy. Ms. Kathy (the manager) was very very nice and has some amazing stories. There is a grocery store and a convenience store with in a 2 minute walk and a little restaurant just across the road. I am so glad we stopped here we will definitely be back."
