The Colorado Welcome Center, located on Interstate 70 in Burlington, Colorado, is a friendly and welcoming travel agency that offers assistance with all Colorado travel plans. The center is staffed by knowledgeable volunteer travel counselors who are eager to help visitors with inquiries and provide complimentary Colorado maps, coffee, and over 350 brochures. The recently remodeled center features beautifully landscaped grounds, well-lit facilities, and exceptionally clean restrooms. Just 13 miles from the Kansas border, the Colorado Welcome Center is a convenient stop for travelers on I-70. In addition to providing travel information, the center also acknowledges and honors the 48 contemporary tribes with historic ties to the state of Colorado, recognizing them as the original inhabitants of the land.

"Well located and easy to get to. The family bathroom was relatively clean. The area wasn't too busy but had what you would expect from a welcome center. It's a great rest stop if you need to take a break when driving through!"
"It was nice having a safe place to stop and take a picture of the Welcome sign. The bathrooms were sparkling clean. The brochures were nicely organized and well-stocked. I even got to have a good laugh with a woman who scared me coming out of the bathroom stall because she thought it was her daughter inside. Lol"
"I’m really glad I stopped here! The lady was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful and really helped me find a lot of great information. It’s also a great place to stop and stretch your legs. HIGHLY recommended you stop here especially if you’re traveling from Kansas City to Denver."
"This place looked pretty cool. It was closed when I drove thru but I got some photos to share. The old cow town museum type place is very big. It's located by the rest stop, but the entrance is on the other side of the building from the rest stop. Looks like there's a lot of room to run outside for kids. Lots of parking in the huge parking lot."
