"We loved our cabin on Balsam Drive in Lake City. The cabin is clean and the furniture is very nice. We had 6 people in there comfortably for 3 nights. Aimee is great to deal with. Lake City on July 4th is a blast. Highly recommended!"

"Do not second guess on renting with Rocky Top Vacation Homes. Our family LOVED our stay while in Lake City. Cabin 2 was more than we could've asked for. Very clean, gorgeous cabin and property. It was very close to everything you'll need during your stay. The owners were so responsive to all of our needs. We also booked a fishing guide through them and our guys had a blast with Collin! All in all, you cannot go wrong here. We are so ready to be back and to enjoy cabin life and the views Lake City has to offer."

"Rocky Top Vacation Home Rentals is a wonderful place to spend you vacation in Lake City, Cabin 4 is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath log cabin, You will have Dish TV, internet, Everything you will need for a stay in the Mountains. Aimee who takes care of the cabins will work with you in anyway to make sure your stay is something you will remember. You can leave from your cabin and take your ATV to the Alpine loop trails. We will stay here again !"

"My husband and I just completed our trip to Lake City and stayed in Cabin 1 at Rocky Top Vacation Homes. We could not have had a better experience! The cabin was warm, friendly and clean! We had everything we needed, including a full kitchen (including the little stuff like coffee filters, salt, pepper, cooking utensils, etc.), Fire wood for the cozy fireplace, comfortable king-sized bed with a window to view the amazing stars, propane for the outside grill, gliding chairs/bench to relax on the porch during the cool evenings, and a spray hose to rinse the dust off your car after a day on the Alpine Loop. The cabin was close to the little town of Lake City where you can find a grocery store, restaurants, Jeep rentals and information about the area. Aimee was more than accommodating! She brought us kindling for our fireplace and updated us on local places to see moose! The cabin is so close to hiking trails and everything you could need for a peaceful get-away. We were glad to have a cabin that was far enough away from neighbors to have privacy, yet close enough to enjoy all there is to see and do in the Lake City area! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat."
