Welcome to the View Park Bebe Moore Campbell Library, a vibrant community hub located at 3854 West 54th Street, Los Angeles, California. Nestled in the heart of View Park-Windsor Hills, our library serves as a cornerstone for residents in this unique unincorporated area, just west of Los Angeles, north of Inglewood, and southeast of Culver City. Founded in 1940, the View Park Library has a rich history and a strong connection to the community. Originally housed on S. Harcourt Avenue, the library moved to its current location in 1977 and proudly showcases a mural by artist Frank Matranga. In 2015, we were honored to be renamed after Bebe Moore Campbell, a beloved View Park resident, bestselling author, and mental health advocate.

Welcome to A C Bilbrew Library, a cultural gem nestled at 150 East El Segundo Boulevard in Los Angeles, California. Named in honor of Madame A C Bilbrew, a pioneering musician, poet, and community leader, the library stands as a testament to her legacy and contributions to the arts and civil rights. Designed by renowned African-American architect Vincent Proby, the A C Bilbrew Library is a spacious 21,000-square-foot facility that can house up to 100,000 books. It is home to the Black Resource Center, which offers valuable resources and support for research into the social, historical, musical, and cultural aspects of the Black experience. The library also hosts the esteemed "African-American Living Legend" Series, celebrating notable figures such as Rosa Parks and Ray Charles.
