"The only reason for 1 star is for a particular store associate. I don’t know her name but can describe her. She is a Latino, thin and petite looking with the loudest voice on the store. We were browsing for the pajamas and she was standing there looking for sizes and helping other Latino lady. She just blocked us and was taking so much time. I just wanted to grab the first pajama and she was so loud did not let us and told us to wait coz she was looking for some size which was not even there. She literally took 10 mins to look for the size and did not even bother that we were waiting there. I hate such attitude when they try to do favors for customers who are from the same race and be rude to others. This place needs to hire someone who is more mannered and well trained associate."

"Haven’t been in a VS in years and drove all the way from Hayward to get a gift for my husband. Showed up at 8 and picked out two bras to try on, go to the fitting room and they closed it. They said they close the fitting rooms one hour before close? How does that make sense, is that corporate policy cause how are you supposed to buy any bras without trying on? Got annoyed I wasted my gas and time coming and basically had to leave cause I couldn’t try anything on. If the store hours are till 9pm, you should allow customers to shop freely till then."

"Really bad experience here at the Stoneridge Mall Victoria Secret me and my sister walked in when a older lady approached us while we where looking and some underwear etc and said there weren’t many our sizes that was very rude and felt body shamed at the same time hope you guys do something about it. thank you"

"I saw signage in the store about a $20 rewards card with ANY purchase so I went ahead and purchased some merch. Upon checkout I noticed I did not receive the rewards card and inquired about it. The store rep told me that it's only for purchases over $20. I was very confused as the sign specifically stated it's ANY purchase and even showed her the sign in the store (I took a photo and showed her). Unfortunately the rep was very rude in her reply. She stated "I did not make the sign so I can't help you there but it's only for purchases over 20$" and proceeded to wave the next customer over. During the entire transaction I felt rushed and honestly miffed at the situation as I was respectful in my question. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a POC or not, but it sure felt like I was being discriminated against. I noticed she was nice to the customer in front of me but her entire demeanor changed when it was my turn. After I got shooed away, I went back to the line to initiate the return of the exact items I just purchased because the sign was unclear about the requirements and my purchase amount did not make the requirements to take advantage of the deal. At that point I was waved over and helped out by another rep. I repeated my concern, showed her the sign in person again, and the new rep literally said "oh no, it's for ANY purchase so let me ring you up for the card." so at that point I feel even more justified in my concern about my previous transaction with the first rep. Honestly I'm not asking for any reply, just want to inform you that the reps need to have better empathy and perhaps actually be aware of the recent promotion. Maybe just offer "oh hey you can get more items to get to $20 and I can ring you up all together to take advantage of the rewards /sorry for the inconvenience.... Etc. All in all I'm really disappointed at my experience today in this specific store and will not be back in person in the future. 4/7/23 Trans 4400 Reg007 Cashier 3725679"

"I know that people generally come here for the overpriced bras or lace underwear, but no one realizes how underrated their body mists, perfumes, and lotions are! They’ve got amazing scents, and it’s such a great deal when they’re on sale. I recommend the Cactus Water and Pineapple Cove scents."
