"Went to the store looking for gray towels dark gray). There were only 2 selections. Which was fine. They were Originally $18, but when I paid I received $5.01 discount on each. Happy surprise. I want to thank Anna, the customer service employee who helped me. She was very nice, patient and offered to save me more by letting me know options. She was at checkout on the 2nd floor. Anyhow, good time to stop by if you have not."

"Only 1 or 2 associates ringing. Lines form quickly. Items did not ring up posted price. Associate was alone so couldn't check sign. Up escalator inoperable for a few weeks, unfortunately both mall escalators outside the store were out of service too. Elevator across the store and is very slow. Makes multi floor shopping inconvenient."
"Fitting rooms close 30 min before store closure, they do not open on time. Worst experience of all department stores-competitors."
