Aerie Store

"I don't normally shop here but I took my daughter to the Stoneridge Mall location yesterday in Pleasanton, CA for some shopping for day after Christmas sales. Went into this store, and some of the employees here had a chip on their back, no smile, no greeting (not that I expected it) but in hindsight now after what we experienced yesterday, not a pleasant store to shop. The girls who work here are simply rude. First off, I actually found a couple of sweaters for myself as my daughter found some cute leggings. Naturally, I wanted to see if the sweater (fit, color, etc) suited me, I was looking for a mirror and the only mirror in that store location is literally right by the register, so I went up there a few times trying to see how these sweaters looked on me before buying, and a few times, those young girls there just looked at me and gave me a look as if 'what the heck was I doing up there?!?' and the last time I was up there at the mirror with my daughter one of them said 'I can help the next one in line' and I looked up and noticed no one was in line so I told them I'm not in line, I just needed the mirror and this was the only mirror (besides the dressing room which was all the way at the back of the store inside the dressing room and I had asked one of the girls where else the mirrors are) and there were 4 of them up at the register who just smirked at me and gave me that look. Not shopping here again, not at this location at all. Even my daughter noticed how rude these girls are, as if THEY OWN the store! First off, your store should have a few visible mirrors at least. The location of the mirror that does exist there is right by the register where it gets pretty crowded and is obviously not a great place for it as those girls there at the register ridicule you. It's a clothestore it should have more than 1 mirror so customers can see what these clothes/leggings would look on them. Disgusted with this place!"
