"When I was walking out of the store, one of the sales woman stopped me and accused me of stealing while also giving me very rude attitude before leaving. When I showed her my receipt she stated that anyone could make a mistake without any apology. When I walked in to the store she did see me having the pair of clothes. This is very wrong they do not know how to give customer service, or have any moral. They should have some sort of training for their workers. I find it very disrespectful for accusing a customer for doing nothing."

"As a career online shopper, I happened to go into the Chicos store at the Stoneridge Mall in Pleasanton. We were greeted by a smiling and friendly Collette, who after I told her exactly what I was looking for showed me some really nice options. I walked with far more clothes than I intended. and would unhesitatingly go back the next time I'm in town for Collette's expertise and her 5 star service.
