"After going to 2 different malls, finally ended our shopping adventure at Stoneridge. Windsor turned out to be our golden ticket for my neices dresses. Madison was very helpful and friendly. My neices found the perfect dress for my daughter's wedding."

"I really like this store, the clothes are super cute and cost effective. I have only ever had pleasurable experiences with the staff while I was there. I see a lot of people complaining about people reactions and/ or moods and I have to say it only shows how they are not acquainted with the customer service field and how the attitude changes depending on where you are at. I’ve worked customer service for well over 10 years and I have to say workers are people too so please be gentle when you’re judging them especially when it’s based on company’s policy (they can’t control that and can potentially lose their job if they don’t enforce them) no matter how inconvenient it is for you I guarantee it is far more of an inconvenience to help an unpleasant customer who thinks the customer is always right no matter the cost to the employees. Please be kind to your service workers ♥️"

"Horrible customer service. My daughter and I went into the dressing room so my daughter could try on dresses and the lady said I had to wait outside. I asked the manager, MADISON, if I could accompany my daughter, as she needed help with her dress, and she said "No, it's our policy." I asked why, and she said the rooms are too small. I replied that there is a chair in the room and I didn't understand why I couldn't sit in there and assist my daughter, who is a minor. There was also a larger dressing room available as well. Madison was extremely rude and dismissive, and still wouldn't budge on the so called "policy", which wasn't posted anywhere. Anyhow, my daughter couldn't get the dress on herself, so we left and went to Macys, where we received great customer service and bought a dress."

"It was the worst experience I have had at any store. I ordered online on the 23rd then got it on the 31st and it was too large for me so I went to the store to return it only 3 days after I received it. They refused to return and refund the money because it was ten days after I originally ordered it. They only offered store credit for dresses that were of extremely poor quality and refused to refund me a 70 dollar dress that I was under the impression I could return. Online it said free returns in store and didn’t express a time limit to return to the store on its website . I got the dress 9 days after I ordered but I apparently only get 10 after I order to return it. Considering the store is a two hour drive from me it’s hard to figure out a time to go return it. Horrible experience, never again. In short, terrible customer service, bad quality dresses, and a bad return policy."

"I generally purchase from Windsor online, however, the few times I have been in the store have been a pretty nice experience. Those young ladies are working their butts off trying to ensure 2 people get the job of 6 done during this employment shortage. Even with the frustration on their face coming across every now and then, they always had a smile and a helpful attitude… At least they are showing up to work! I called the store just the other day to see if they could tell me if they had a certain item in store and the young lady was very helpful. When she found they didn’t have the item on hand she offered to check to see if there were any other stores in the area that may have it. I declined and went ahead and just purchased it online. Aside from quality of customer service, I always have great luck with the quality of their gowns and clothes!"
