"Today 02/22/2024, my wife and I visited the Aeropostale store, and we had an unsettling experience. My wife, who is an immigrant and currently learning English, was laughed at by the cashier for her English proficiency. The attitude displayed towards us was both condescending and discriminatory. For fellow Latino customers, please be aware that our experience with the staff at this store felt racially insensitive. We hope that by sharing our experience, the store takes steps to ensure a welcoming environment for all customers, regardless of their background or language proficiency."
