"This is a great apartment. Close to everything. It's also a quiet apartment complex, at least on the floor I live on, I havent checked other floors. I love the garage parking for added security. Laundry on-site is great. 98% of the time you will find a washer available. The manager here is very welcoming and helpful. Any questions or concerns I have had, shes been able to assist me immediately. Maintenance is fast, I've had my request done within 48 hours at the most. This isn't an apartment for kids really, no playground or pool if thats what you are looking for. The only thing I don't like is the AC unit is kinda loud to me, and I never go on the balcony because it doesn't have solid flooring, so if the people above you is sweeping there's a chance dirt can get on you, I originally wanted to hang a hammock but never did because of that. I've been here for 2 years coming this August and I love it, for the area and the price, you won't do much better. Good luck in your apartment searches."

"Currently lived at this place for a year; management team really sucks. Often I’d scheduled appointments with them either for pest control (some type of coach roach) running around my units or utilities repairs; They’re always unresponsive when you call to confirm the appointment time/date and people usually showed up very late (hours) after the scheduled time. I don’t have all day to wait for them in my unit. I’m addition, there’s alway smells inside the unit as the cooking from everyone gets trap inside. Often the ‘Emergency alarm’ kept turned on ringing for some reason and we’re not sure what went on , no manage team notified us if it’s real emergency or fake alarm."
