"VERY HIGH CRIME APARTMENT COMPLEX. HIGH CAR THEIF AND CAR BREAK INS. HIGH CADILLAC CONVERTIBLE THEIF. SECURITY SYSTEM ONLY SECURE CLAYTON CROSSING OFFICE FRONT DOOR. THE SECURITY SYSTEM DOESN'T SECURE RESIDENT PROPERTY OR THE RESIDENTS FAMILIES. THE SECURITY SYSTEM DOESN'T SECURE ANY OF THE PARKING LOTS. HIGH CRIME APARTMENT COMPLEX FOR MAIL THEIF. THE CAMERAS DOESN'T WORK. ALL THESE CRIMES HAS BEEN REPORTED TO THE MANAGER OF CLAYTON CROSSING APARTMENTS, CONCORD,CALIF. AND SHE IS VERY AWARE OF THESE ISSUES, CRIMES AND CONDITIONS AND SHE AND WATSON AND COMPANY HAS DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR THE SAFETY OF RESIDENTS, FAMILIES AND THEIR PROPERTY . CLAYTON CROSSING APARTMENTS AND WATSON AND COMPANY WILL RAISE THE RENT EVER OPPORTUNITY THEY GET, BUT WILL NOT GIVE YOU COMFORT AND SAFETY OF SECURITY FOR THE RESIDENTS."

"Horrible place to live.Roaches everywhere.parking is terrible.They have constant problems with leaking water heaters and pipes .Dangerous mold growing in the walls of apartments and they dont do anything to fix it."

"I’ve lived here for YEARS! It’s a great community for families with children. However if you’re expecting “quality service “ I suggest you look elsewhere to stay. Maintenance and office team do not communicate well to one another; they’ll enter your unit in case of an emergency (only contacting u by one of many options you provide to them during recertification (if it effects their pockets). They’ll leave maintenance work uncovered for several weeks with no clear communication to tenant by writing (as everything else is) or phone. Trash has gotten worse over the years and their is a roach/bug problem here!! I do not recommend this place to live if you expect your concerns to be heard and acted on immediately. It’s simple! CLEAR COMMUNICATION to tenant (before the weekend! Going into week 3 of my maintenance work not being completed)keeps the pestering away!"

"Not really meant for low income. My Rent was Raced twice. Only been there less than 2 years and it was horrible. I deal with Roaches from day one till I can take it anymore.. no matter how much you clean your apartment the building has house of roaches .. on top of that when I left they charged me so much with cleaning and 11 hours of labor for a little damage on the door and little damage on the bathroom wall. Be a aware of all those charges and roaches!!! Nice and clean from the outside.. full of roaches in the building."
