"Was forced to move out in less than 24hrs as the place was covered with roaches (the AC was blasting on high when we first arrived, roaches hate the cold so none were seen initially) Front office was great help but doesn’t make up for the gut punch we got from settling in then on to killing roaches at 1 in the morning. Truly disappointing and a complete waste of time/money. Seems original review was removed, just hope others get to see this warning before making their final decision."

"I'd give this place 3.5 stars. Its decently maintained, the staff is nice, especially Kathy. If you are ever in need of any help, Kathy is the person to go to. During our 4 years of living at Meadowwood, she helped us so much and she was always a pleasure to talk to. The other tenants are generally nice and respectful, with many of them having lived there for several years. The units are decent, though not much storage, and no washer/dryer in the units, but they're comfortable. Communal laundry can be kinda gross sometimes with inconsiderate tenants who make a mess in the laundry room, but that's not unique to here. Overall, we were actually pretty content here, but my husband's car was broken into THREE times this year. So for our own sanity, we had to leave. Supposedly there is a security company that comes by but we never saw them. Had it not been for the theft, we could have happily stayed here for a few more years and we're a little sad to be leaving. I'd recommend this complex if you're looking for an inexpensive (for the area) place to live. Just don't leave valuables in your car!"

"Where to start ! Kathy and the front office just do whatever they want! The unit we lived in had electrical issues with lights not working, plumping backups, and thats just what didnt work inside of our apartment! Water gets shut off every other week for maintenance, hallways always have leaks and broken lights, the single laundry room is constantly in disrepair and the parking in the back is filled with pot holes and debris from construction(look forward to getting your tires replaced). Like most apartments it has a roach, rat, possum, raccoon, and Turkey problem. The lights on the "main" road which is the only road in or out don't work. The doors to enter the apartments are at all times infested with some form of insect and people love to just dump items in the hallways. Food, clothes, furniture, ect. Good community or people who live there. Just really bad building management. Happy to be moving out!"

"I lived in Meadow Woods Apartment for a year between january 2017 and 2018. I would have stayed for longer if I didnt have to leave the area. Meadow woods apartment is a great place to live in. Its location is convenient as most stores and gas stations are close by, and at the same time, the apartment complex itself is very peaceful and quiet. Located in the middle of the trees where you can see beautiful white birds flying and squirrels jumping, the nature atmosphere was the perfect place to come home to relax after a busy day. It is also one of the most affordable locations in Concord, and includes a gym and a pool. The staff and landlord, Kathy, are extremely nice and helpful. Kathy helped me a lot even after my move and was in no way the type of shark landlord that so many are. From afar the best apartment complex I have lived in. I will miss it!"
