"Stayed here for 3 nights after having moved from my apartment without having an alternative permanent location to relocate too. Service was exceptional, I wasn't bothered or harassed for having guests over or coming in and out at very early and very late hours. The location has many businesses within a very short walking distance and is is located on one of the most frequented roads in Concord. Getting on a bus or getting to bart is very easy. Now as far as the rooms... Very nice compared to places like the Premier also located in Concord or The Lodge located in Martinez. A single bed room ran me $130 per night, not in the discounted range but the rooms are very nice, I had hard wood floors, tile kitchen and bathroom, a heater/AC combo unit that pumped out heat with no issues. It was very quiet and I felt like I didn't have to worry about making management angry or regret serving me."

"Most times when i come here they are great. The kitchenette is one of the main reasons to stay here since theres a microwave, refridgerator and sink. However this last time i was there the refridgerator /freezer had not been cleaned out and was disgusting. There was a soda spilled on the floor. The microwave didnt work. The bathroom had mildew in the shower and cracked/broken tiles. I felt like nothing had been cleaned so i took the sheets and washed them at the laundrymat. Probably wont be staying here again because they are too expensive to get a dirty room."

"I stayed here out of having no other choice, I had just returned from a 13 month deployment with the army to Iraq and this is what I could afford. As soon as I walked in the front office the place threw me off. The (Indian or maybe she was Pakistani) women running the place was in her kitchen cooking Indian food, which oddly enough happens to be right behind the front desk. She lives there in a single room that doubles as the main office lol, with her family. As I was signing in and paying for the room she was complaining about different things. After I paid and she gave me the key she told me (and I thought was joking at 1st) that I was to have absolutely no guest in my room and that I was to not be loud and keep down any noise after 9 o'clock. At about 7 or 8 I had a friend from the church that I have been going to come to visit and talk with me. After him being there about 15 minutes she called my room and told me to make my guest leave immediately or else she would kick me out and not give me any refund. So with no other choice I had my friend leave the hotel which he thought was awkward also. Come to find out that not only is she living in the hotel with her family and running it like a crazy person, but she had other friends and family staying in the other rooms too. I know they were friends or family because they were Indian also and she was going back and forth to the rooms throughout the night. At around 9 o'clock at night I could hear them and their TV through the floor they were loud enough. She had four other rooms rented out to what had to of been friends or family as she kept going back and forth from the room with them at one point bringing food to their room to, im guessing, eat dinner. Other than that I was the only other person at the hotel. The service was horrible the room had not been cleaned and was dirty and the woman was extremely rude. I would not ever recommend this hell hole of a rip off to anybody even as a last choice, syay in you're car or a tent before staying here, & I don't see how they had even managed to stay open this long. I wonder if there is a corporate office, or any office for that matter to call and complain to. Most likely not, most likely this is a one-of-a-kind hotel and she knows that, and that she can treat people that way because of that reason."
