"Outdated apartment complex absolutely horrible for deliveries. No delivery drivers allowed through the gates, no electronic lockers available either. Good luck getting your packages if you decide to live here"

"This apartment complex is well run and safe for children. The parking is very safe, the management is incredibly responsive for repairs and help. The manager, Al, went above and beyond when my cat got out and helped make posters. While close to the highway, you still wake up to the sounds of birds. Great spot!"

"My family and I moved here from Bay-point looking for a quiet and safe place, a place where our children could play and be safe. This Apartment has provided that thus far. The manager, Al is a great and professional manager. It’s clean and quiet, and very close to shopping centers and the Bart station. I highly recommend it for people looking for some peace and calm."

"Haven't rented from them but I was by to visit family who lives there. I was impressed with how clean the grounds were, the security of the fence around the property and the size of the backyard! It was quiet, kids were outside playing on the grass and everyone seemed friendly. There's not a lot of parking for visitors but our family member does have an assigned covered parking spot, which always makes life convenient. Dogs are allowed but you'd never know because they were all quiet and no dog waiste anywhere! I also met the new manager and he is very professional and nice. We talked for a little bit and he said that he's a fair guy and as long as you follow the rules he wants to make sure your living experience is a good one. He told us how every apartment is properly cleaned, painted and maintenance checked before a new person moves in. He's not afraid to get rid of the "riff raff" but he is also understanding of life's circumstances. If your looking for a place, you will like these apartments and as a bonus the manager and maintenance guy are willing to help keep your apartment in top shape. Felt very safe when I was there!"

"The administrator guy is very nice, but the ownership/property management company - Castle Management is terrible. Although I've just lived there for half year, when moved out after the lease over, I was charged everything what can be imaged: the cleaning fees for all rooms' blinds and balcony window/screen, which I've never been charged in other previous apartments. You know, even if nobody lives, the dust will be piled on blinds and windows! The property manager in Castle management said she could have refund me somehow, but NO because I’ve lived only half year. It's ridiculous for this is a issue of moving out clearance instead of rewards for long living or relationship ..."
