"There was an odd smell in my room, the television reception was terrible, and my neighbors were not considerate of the shared wall. Otherwise, the location is great. Near great food and a cool movie theater."
"John is the manager of this place and he gets offended when you make a complaint. He appears to be a very angry guy Our toilet has backed everyday since we've been here and when we report it he says we complain to much. Do you know how unsanitary that is. The heater was not working on our first night and it was replaced. But it's hard to speak with him about our stay. I am going to find out who I can talk to about him. I'm truly uncomfortable here with him as the manager."
"This place was disgusting, The room was infested with roaches, absolutely unacceptable.. The few hours of sleep that I was able to get..ended up waking up with a roach crawling on me..I checked out as early as I could..and when I went to the office to Report what was going on and the lady at the counter and I’m assuming the manager that walked up were super rude didn’t even apologize. I asked for a refund and they said no. I do not recommend this place for anybody. I will certainly not be going back. The room was super dirty the carpet was disgusting dirty…"
"We came here for one night and it was a nightmare. Couldn’t sleep because of overall really bad energy of the place. Bed felt like it had been sitting under a dumpster for last 50 yrs because it was so thin. Walls were yellow from smoke and other things, there was duct tape and glue holding shower together and as soon as we put food on the counter we regretted it and threw it away since we saw cockroaches come out of hiding to try to get to it. People in the morning couldn’t have been more rude as we rushed to find new accommodations to get away from this place. If you know what’s good for u stay away from this black eye of the Concord area!??"
"Just a basic hotel and basic rooms. Nothing but that. Prices are very reasonable. I had to stay for an extended time and they were very accommodating. They do have a couple washer and dryers for use for about $2 per wash and $1 to dry. Vending machines and a ice machine. For the price and the location it was fine for me."
