"Roaches are one thing, the endless hellish screaming of improperly raised children are another. Plus, vendors with annoying horns filter in and out at all hours, and neighbors have an awful habit of loud partying/music into the wee hours of the morning. I have lived here for six plus years now, and the only problem that seems to have scaled back is the roaches. How do the parents of these screaming banshies not bleed at the ears and do something??? Update aug first 2022, dead rat in the walkway area outside. Hope that's one of one and not one of many. Update Feb 2nd 2023, very happy not to live here anymore. Can confirm, mental health improved drastically."

"Do not deliver food here you will be stuck. Management clearly is neglecting maintenance of their gate I delivered here today and was stuck for more than 20 minutes and if no one were to enter you cannot get out. Awful awful place!!"

"Good place to live but be very aware before buying an apartment! They have all kinds of bugs like roaches of course but most of all the management will try anything to make you PAY more in RENT without even trying to help their people that rents or make it a better place for everyone."

"The place is a complete, chaotic, rundown, trash, and no order to store. But first, let me start with the streets vendors going in and out as they please like it's some kind of flea market, due because some neighbors are letting them in, and the some neighbors always keep breaking and jamming the pedestrian gates on purpose, including children, and teenagers too. That's how the streets vendors are going in and out so easily. As for the noise from the streets vendors with their obnoxious horns honking going on selling chips, including ice cream street vendors walking in with their bells carts *EVERYDAY, AND ALL DAY.* Some streets vendors knock on people's doorsteps selling their pastries and snacks late at night, which is very annoying, and unpleasant feeling. Even the manager called "Maria" are letting them in; *on purpose.* Second, there's bugs infestation, especially cockroaches going inside the apartments, especially the first floor apartments around late at night trying to break in inside between the gap areas on you're doors, and patio doors as well, and sometimes roaches come out in the large gaps of pantries and cabinets. Even my good neighbor is moving out of that discusting complex apartments, because there were roaches on her bed while she was asleep in the middle of the night, thank goodness she moving out of there too. And guess what? The manager Maria said she can't do anything about the infestation problem. Third, there is a lot of illegal activity going the area, like more than few apartments are selling drugs, and mariguana; and a lot of thievery activity is going on the complex area after in the middle of the night. And it's unsafe as well. Fouth, too much noise. Don't get me wrong I love kids, but these kids are very loud and mouthy by using a lot of profanity words in front of adults everday. They even play sports activities inside the complex area, and sometimes the balls end up going inside the patio. What's worse, they even try to break in the patio just to get their ball back. They also celebrate a lot of parties every weekend with extreme loud music, including the holidays break; which is very hard to go to sleep. Fifth, there's garbage and trash everywhere by the afternoon and evening. Shopping carts are also everywhere in the area. Sixth, the walls are thin, and you can hear people's conversation. Seventh, the parking space. People in the neighborhood has no boundaries and respect for others when it comes to you're parking space that's been assign to you. Sometimes when you're assign parking space is empty while you are gone to work or somewhere, s%#tty people are parked in to you're assign parking space like it's a public parking lot. And sometimes rude s%#tty people leaned on you're car like it was their property, sometimes they leave food stains on you're car. After that, some cars are parked there illegally in the property complex area, and there are large numbers of cars who are parked there illegally, and there are also expecting you to open the car fence gates for them; and sometimes they are parked on you're assign parking spot. Once you've towed that car on you're parking space, they will suddenly give you some kind of nerve with that nasty, double standard look on their faces; like they think you're some kind of badguy automatically. Eight, homeless people are going to the dumpster in and out on the property. Ninth, the windows in some apartments don't shut complete properly. And finally, tenth. The complex apartments is haven for undocumented people, which it does explain why the whole area is a complete chaotic mess. However, the minority of them are clean and organized people, which is good. While the rest, are trashy s%#tty people with lack of disipline with their kids. And by the way, don't be fooled on the beatiful and peaceful images you've probably had seen on you're screen on the complex area. In real life once you step inside the apartment complex area, is a complete rundown s%#t complex area with no order to store. And one word of good advice, *DON'T MOVE HERE.*"

"A lot of the residents are absolute trash, or straight up methhead tweakers and dealers. The kids are allowed to scream incessantly all hours of the day with no impunity. People give ZERO fks about the assigned parking even after being warned repeatedly not to take your spot. Just have to have em towed then all of a sudden you're the problem. Loud, rude, sh***y people."
