"This is a complaint about a female cashier at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 10. I felt racist towards her. She was the only cashier. She was very kind to some white people and even greeted them. But I didn't have any greetings, but rather she nodded and accepted my greetings. I was very offended by her rude, rude, and racist attitude. I don't have to waste my precious emotional energy on someone like this. The employees of many other clothing stores have basic manners and manners, but the store staff at zara is very poor. I will never visit here again."

"This store keeps getting worse. This location would benefit from new management. Now it turns out the fitting room doesn’t open till after 11, an hour after the store opens. The staff seems very unfriendly and unwilling to help. Not a pleasant place to shop. Right after I went to Uniqlo and it was like night and day. So helpful and friendly. Management should go take notes"

"Manager of the store, is the absolute rudest. Making unnecessary comments aloud about one of the items I wanted to purchase that was damaged thinking I can’t hear her. Not only is she rude to me, but as well as to other employees and other customers. The tone of her voice when telling customers that they’re only accepting card transactions is not at all friendly. Store should find a different manager because from other reviews on here, seems like her attitude has been like this for a long time."

"This specific Zara store is hopeless. They always have excuses about their incompetence. They can’t seem to have a system where cashiers actually serve customers. They have many payment stations both upstairs and downstairs but the upstairs payment stations are all permanently costly. The downstairs payment stations are staffed by one or two staff most of the time, while several staff walk around doing nothing. A buyer can wait over 1.5 hours or more just to pay for items. Customers just drop items and walk away all the time. The staff are rude and arrogant, they don’t care at all about this store’s business. That said if the corporate office is aware of this hopeless store then it must be systemic. You can’t run a business like this. Get a grip of your business and gain control, you could double your sales here if you manage this store properly. This current store’s situation is hopeless."

"Do not buy here or online unless you want to wait 1 hour and 15 min in line to return. They shut down the fitting room so you can’t try stuff on, forces you to come back and make returns. Only 2 registers for return, the queue is almost going out of the store, and each person takes forever to make returns because the registers are always broken. Also the store is so disorganized it looks like a tornado went through it, just piles of cloths on the floor."
