"WARNING, Sam will harrass you every day if you are past your due date and speak to them regarding your account. He knocked on my door for 1 hour, 1 hour straight! Johnny doesn't work with you, these ppl are scam artists and sleazeballs. Worst experience, if you want to be harrassed, gas lit, and screwed over then do business with these clowns. I paid atleast $1,000 was always given a different balance owed and when i told them i get paid on the 1st, they came and took my furniture. Johnny wouldn't allow me to pay them on the 1st which I stated when i get paid. He wouldn't work with me even though I've been paying them for 5 months! Pathetic, intrusive, a waste of money and the feeling of being violated where I live by Sam! STAY AWAY FROM RAC!"
"When my refrigerator died right before an important occasion, I needed a rental fridge/freezer quickly. Rent A Center provided a rental unit the same day I called so I did not lose any food. Their delivery guys were great. I received great customer service throughout the entire time I had the rental unit. The rental fridge was clean when delivered and worked great. The pickup also went smoothly."
