"Stopped by for a coffee on our way to the airport and the pretentious young lady at the front was flabbergasted when I asked if they were owned by Starbucks. It looks literally like a Starbucks at the counter, so I was curious and she was so rude about it, like I’d insulted the core of her being lol Maybe it’s a California thing? I don’t know lol"
"One barista has tried to ban me 5 times and another one constantly harasses me. When I order they're sarcastic and clearly want me to leave them alone. Attitudes could be better. Best coffee I've ever had. 11/10 recommend. The caramel macchiato, horchata coldbrew, and pastries are my faves. PS: They're my friends, they're actually awesome. Please tip them :) "
"The service here was good and more amicable. The code here is fresh and the barista is also professional. I had dark chocolate mocha and I loved it. Definitely would suggest this place for any one who prefers to have coffee"
"One of my favorite coffee places. The coffee is just excellent. The young people behind the counter were fairly indifferent but they were courteous enough. The dining area is small and the outside seating is on the side rather than out front which would be better. Truly great drinks for sure."
"I stopped by for a cup of coffee during my visit to La Jolla. It was afternoon, however not very busy. I got a mocha latte, and it was very basic, and mediocre. There was no good aroma or kick to it, neither any good chocolate taste. They had some baked goods/ snacks as well. I didn’t eat though, so can’t really comment. Overall the place looks cool, but the coffee was mostly disappointing to me."
