"We want to give the highest recommendation for the Home Depot Design Center for remodeling projects. Their staff guided us through the process of remodeling our 30 year old kitchen. Starting with the designers at the HD Design Center, through the project managers, and their contractors, we worked with an incredibly creative, reliable and professional staff. They were patient as we worked through the myriad of decisions and always receptive to our changes as the project evolved. New Life Construction performed the physical work. From demolition through installation, New LIfe’s employees treated our home as if it were their most important job. They arrived on time every day, were friendly and polite, and did a terrific job on every aspect of the work. Our greatest thanks goes to Jeff Hayes who provided terrific guidance as one of the HDDC general managers and, in particular, to our project manager Brian Dufault. Brian answered calls and texts promptly, and he appeared at the job site whenever an issue came up that needed to be handled in person. Brian always came with a smile and kindness; he never showed a moment of frustration with our many episodes of indecision. His suggestions along the way helped shape the kitchen we love today. In the end, we have the nicest kitchen I’ve ever seen. We’ve used it for several months now and have absolutely no concerns. We have nothing but gratitude and respect for the team at Home Depot Design Center, and we recommend their services without reservation."

"Nothing like having such a poor experience that I’m posting a negative review on multiple websites in hopes of saving other people time and money. Keeping it short and to the point, we ordered a vanity that we “in stock” and we were told it would be delivered within a week. Even after MULTIPLE proactive follow-up calls and emails with the Home Depot designer center, we were given the runaround and ended up wasting over 6 weeks before finally giving up on them and sourcing our vanity elsewhere. The worst part? Even when speaking to management who assured me that our phone calls would be returned, that someone would be following-up with us, it simply did NOT happen. Do yourself a favor, as mentioned by other reviewers, DO NOT TRUST the Home Depot Design Center thinking that it’s a well-run operation like Home Depot – far from it."

"We just had our custom cabinets installed that were designed by Shelby at the Design Center. She was fantastic to work with and we are very happy with them. They even provided a service to pick a handyman to install them. Will definitely go back if we ever need anything like this again."

"Late last year I walked into Home Depot design center to get some ideas on tile as I was planning to do a kitchen remodel. I had an idea in my head as to what I wanted my kitchen to look like but I didn’t know where to start. I had previously been ghosted by a designer and a few contractors so I decided to give it a go on my own. After a few minutes I was approached by Christina Robinson, a designer with Home Depot Design, who had an appointment cancellation and had some time available to assist me. Within half hour she put together a presentation for me based on what I was looking for. She is absolutely amazing at what she does! Within a few weeks, I had a complete design presentation prepared by Christina. Carissa drew up the blueprints and I was astounded by her expertise. A few months later demolition began. Project manager Issac Uribe was on top of everything, answering all questions and concerns. He made himself available at any time and came to our house immediately if we had any concerns. He is very professional, on time and extremely knowledgeable in all areas of construction. He is definitely an asset to Home Depot Design Center. Even after the remodel wrapped up, Isaac came over a few times to help us with a few minor issues. I have included a few before and after pictures just to show the remarkable work that this team completed in my house. I look forward to working with them on my master bathroom."
