"Although Tristan is an employee of HP and not Best Buy, recognition is warranted here. Upon entering the area of HP within this store, I was instantly asked not if I needed help but, "Is there anything or questions I may help you with?" That, is how you interact with a consumer, that demonstrates that you are not interested in making a sale but, making the consumer a permanent consumer for the establishment you are in representing your company or the like. In the end, while my Husband was getting ready to come back after evaluating buying his I-MAC with Matthew, (and he did buy it), I approached Tristan after I saw an HP Core system that spoke so loudly to me I just had to have it; got all the deets I needed from this articulate, well mannered professional, what a breath of fresh air to see an individual vested in their future, and so knowledgeable about their company's product. I will be buying this item from your Signal Hill location when I return to Long Beach. That is how it's done, how you do it, how you should always be, simply amazing you are Tristan, I know a move up the cooperate ladder to a top position in the next 5 years when I see it, I guess at 19 or 20, you reminded me of myself at that age, I saw myself In you and you sir, are what my company would be looking for, kudos to you, please, whoever reads this call his superior and give him the credit he truly deserves, I will be checking to make sure you did, I cannot wait to get my HP PC, thanks to Tristan, I was no longer undecided!"

"Everytime I come to this Best Buy there’s no one at the checkout area. Everyone in this section just tells you to stand over at the line until you’re there for 20 minutes. There was only one guy checking people out and it was the guy in the photo, I kid you not he saw a line of people helped the first person in line then ran off to help another customer leaving the line confused."

"The newly remodeled store looks clean, well stocked and brightly painted. The online orders pickup is right near the front. Walk up give them our order name, show them our ID and we were in and out in few minutes. Very convenient. Support your local business!!"

"I ordered items online for pickup and the online process was just fine. Arriving at the store they were quite disorganized and didn’t have enough employees working the pickup area so the line moved slowly. They really need to do a better job with staffing as there were other employees in the store that didn’t look busy and could have helped out the order pickup area."
